Modern AAA games have this weird habit where they believe "if characters talk all the time and comment on every inane thing it makes them seem more human" and "more human=good writing" so you just have a lot of AAA shit where characters never shut the frick up
She's autistic as frick in the game (yes actually autistic) so it makes sense why she's like this.
I hate when autism is portrayed by female characters, it's incredibly unrealistic. I've known maybe three autistic women my whole life. The only reason it is done is, hilariously, misogyny. People interpret autism as something scary so when you have a woman be autistic it is less so. It's incredible. If you tried to have a male protagonist who was autistic you would not be allowed to show him as anything but either a creep or a potential serial killer.
Accountantman was honest-to-god autistic and gives every Ryan Gosling character a run for his "literally me" money and he's played by Ben Affleck.
