Not the first anon, but from what limited I know, nothing really, it's just devil's are going to pull contract frickery to get you to stay in it, and demons are untrustworthy buttholes who'll will just outright frick you over. You even meet someone in PT:T who escaped the blood war and had to sacrifice something to get out, but I can't remember what that is.
As for what class, I'd still say Paladin, demons would probably want you extra dead, but they don't plan that well to begin with, so it probably wouldn't be too much.
