im a big fan of compressing my median nerve inside of the carpal tunnel while gaming. Really ups the ante if you fail during a match of tf2 and accidentally cause permanent nerve damage.
Because like all things bad for you, it actually grants some surprising relief. I did it when I had to write nonstop for period of time in college. it fricks you up but it kept me going.

Personally? I cannot believe the makers of the english language would do this.

guess ye olde cartilage has been used up
only 70 more years of pain
no its legit the one where you frick up your thumb is putting your thumb under your forfinger and shaking hard. the "salt shaker" is just closing your fist and shaking back and forth like your telling someone to go frick themselves.
do not tell me what to do
Elbows also get fricked up after a while depending on how you support them or not.

Its the outside of my wrist and pinky knuckle thats killing me lately. No one warned me about this. I hope its temporary.
that's unrelated, 99% temporary
You've got one more good year of gaming left until you're fricked
no
Remember to grab your thumb then flick the wrist down to keep it flexible during your gaming sessions, do it once or twice for each hand.
Kys
>know this is bad and will frick up my hand
>have and overwhelming urge to do it anyway when I think about it
Why am I like this?
curiosity killed the cat.

Just don't be fat and keep your hands and arms strong and muscular and there's no way you'll get RSI
