vs >The private musings of Annie that she keeps under lock and key.
And the bottom is >Annie's Chemise
Yes, exactly. In the original game you stole a girl's chemise. The remake changes it to a diary. A separate scene in the same game involving stealing a girl's panties was also changed in the remake to be about stealing her money instead.

they have always glorified LGTV way before the woke wave, only different is that they treat it as another fetish among hundreds to fap to instead of brownie points.
Ranma is a gag comedy about a boy becoming a girl against his wishes whenever he gets wet, the author didn't even consider trannies when making it, because a guy having to deal with a sex change as a moments notice is a funny concept.
RANMA SAID FREAKIN TRANS RIGHTS lol get fricked there's a story in the manga that's too "right wing" for me and basically comes off as "hetero = normal"
Disregard SHIT advice frequently posted in these threads. Things to avoid:
・tmw/The moe way. Patreon scam run by a turkish troony.
・Anime cards (the guide by someone named QM). It recommends words context cards (WCCs), which are proven to be less effective than targeted sentence cards (TSCs).
・any rentry.org and гeddiт """guides""". nothing good has ever come out of гeddiт.
・Itazuraneko. Outdated, hard to follow, confusing for beginners.
・Core 2.3k. It is based on newspapers from early 90s and additionally sorted in a way that makes learning harder. Try Ankidrone Starter Pack instead.
・Anacreon. Anacreon is an infamous spammer. He constantly hijacks our threads to shill his shit.
・Discord servers. Discord is malware that runs a data mining operation. DJT has moved to Matrix.
・Refold, Migaku and other money grab schemes.
・Visual novels. Experienced learners say they're trash because of unnatural speech and useless vocabulary. Most VNs are proprietary (nonfree, malware).
・Cure Dolly. It's a half assed grammar guide/playlist that drives beginners crazy. Read All About Particles instead.
Tatsumoto is the best guide. Be sure to read his religion/story https://tatsumoto.neocities.org/
didn't read any of these, but to beginners, just remember to disregard anything that recommends grinding anki core decks past basic kanji like a moronic djt ankidrone jerking off his "reps" to other ankidrones for literal years
start reading native japanese media as soon as possible instead (after learning basic words/kanji and basic grammar, typically)
no shit, the secret to their success was consistently spending a frick ton of time reading and listening to the language. here is one of them speaking https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8v2VkcIXBI&t=6436s
Damn is it cringe listening to Ganker incels. None of those have even got a lick of knowledge regarding linguistics. Who even listens to this?

Fact of the matter is I learn nothing from such a podcast. It's simply a bunch of Ganker midwits reflecting upon their intense learning journey of a single language millions speak with 0 knowledge pertaining to neuroscience or any science that studies learning, specifically language learning; really, at this point, why not listen to a polyglot? If you don't care about the science behind it and merely for methods. Specifically, people that study ancient languages would be great due to the inherent difficulty of learning such languages. Monks of medieval times were probably better at language learning than these Gankerners despite the lack of resources.
You should also know that the only "exact" languages are conlangs, and even those are not rigorously exact. Really, I have no clue what you're trying to say.

>None of those have even got a lick of knowledge regarding linguistics >Fact of the matter is I learn nothing from such a podcast. >I
so it just projection then
>millions speak with 0 knowledge pertaining to neuroscience or any science that studies learnin
then what the point of invoking "muh linguisitcs" if its so redundnant >why not listen to a polyglot
polygot is a lifestyle so no point listening to them either >If you don't care about the science
humanities are not to be confused with science >ancient languages
dead languages, whats the realation here? >Monks
monk is a lifestyle too, literally dedicating your life to a thing, againt irrelevant > "exact" languages are conlangs, and even those are not rigorously exact
conlangs are also dead languages, and they are standardized from the get go
you do realize that languages are living organisms
all of your examples so far were only standardized versions of languages, literally zero relevance
you didnt actually post here to help ppl, ist just "wrong, false, its not my approved way of going about things"

Maybe I should add more commas next time so your ESL ass doesn't get confused. >humanities are not to be confused with science
Neuroscience is a hard science. Linguistics is in between humanities and hard sciences. >dead languages, whats the realation here?
explained in the next clause of what you're quoting >conlangs are also dead languages, and they are standardized from the get go
I hit enter before typing that sentence implying it's related to the second point of the post I am quoting. >languages are living organisms
Not at all. The culture associated with language is the alive part. >literally
Stop abusing this word.

a lesson in humility then
the point of my post was to point out your post having zero relevance to the topic
the topic being "learning japanese" and not "general language learning"
none of your post provided any useful nor specific information on that topic
thats the irony here, that some video of Gankerners talking about their experiences learning japanese was more direct to the topic than anything youve produced in this thread

I wasted 2 years on Jap and still can't read shit without using tools to make looking up words easier.
And I fricking read 2 VNs and a few manga in Japanese already.
You can't learn this language unless you make it your life goal.
>if jap isn't a major part of your life then forget it,
well yeah, it's like learning to scuba dive when you live in the middle of a dessert. not only will learning be extremely difficult, but ultimately it won't benefit you in any way cuz it's not part of your life
>I wasted 2 years on Jap and still can't read shit without using tools to make looking up words easier
tools like typing out the chars?
ppl make the mistake of not learning kanji efficiently
just dont learn reading and meaning at the same time
readings easier and allows you to look thing up instantly
>You can't learn this language unless you make it your life goal.
Apparently learning a stupid fricking language 120 million people can somehow speak is the most difficult shit ever. Holy frick I really hope you never make it to university. You'll be baffled at what some people are capable of.
>I really hope you never make it to university. You'll be baffled at what some people are capable of.
I have a degree thx.
Fricking moron, I don't study this shit language like I do work on my career you fricking ape, pic kinda fits you moronic homosexual.
Doesn't even matter anymore. See GG strive. The game was censored and included a troony because it was made with western players in mind. It will only get worse from here.
>If I know hiragana and can recognize katakana with a little effort, would it be a good idea to play in Japanese?
No.
Playing games in jap as a beginner is terrible.
Jap kids only know how to read that shit cuz they know the words already.
You will spent half the time wondering what word was being said here which doesn't happen with kanji (or at least not that much)
To be fair I already completed it several times years ago despite not knowing anything Japanese. It was such a cool game for a poorgay that I was compelled.
Now I have an OCR tool, so I could write down Kanji I don't recognize and maybe even memorize them.
Kana makes it harder, not easier.
Jap kids only know how to read that shit cuz they know the words already.
You will spent half the time wondering what word was being said here which doesn't happen with kanji (or at least not that much)
What if I romanize the way I read kana, write it into a search engine and find a translation and go slowly like that? It's an idea
>What if I romanize the way I read kana, write it into a search engine
The frick?
What makes you think googling romaji will make it easier to look up stuff?
I've done this with single words, so I know it's possible. I haven't saved the website but if I look up tony kaku and dostedt enough times I'm bound to find a website that explains various meanings of romanized words again.
From context you could get which one of the meanings is the correct one.
>write it into a search engine and find a translation and go slowly like that?
heh... i'd recommend you go through these [...] to get a better idea of how to learn while you're playing through the game. Generally something like a dictionary is better for looking things up
It's a bit of a tldr, is it really worth a read? I'm already learning jap in my own way...
yeah? getting decent at japanese is going to take thousands of hours spread over years, and maintaining it is going to be a lifelong endeavor.
but if you just wanna read something shorter for now, points 1 to 3 of https://rentry.org/gitgud which was written by one of the guys, and also here is a jp -> english dictionary https://jisho.org/
Do you got grammar down too?
I started playing ds games on an acekard when I only knew about 300 or so kanji. Needless to say I took off like a rocket after doing so.
Being able to understand things even if it's simple was a really good feeling.
Bookmaked, thanks! I don't mind a for profit website. I already pay for memrise(the video recordings of natives speaking are worth it imo). If something drills me in grammar until I get it, then it's good imo
You say while writing in a language that spells words the way they were pronounced hundreds of years ago but didn't bother to update the spelling when the pronunciations changed and so its orthography is fricked beyond belierf
I started like 6 years ago with yotsuba and anki
think I was serious for about 2 years then I gave up
I still read here and there to not forget however nukige tier JP is all I can read without needing jisho or whatever
Moving into more difficult areas like actual JRPGs was much more difficult than I thought, skills and descriptions especially was a b***h
>learn jap for games >can somewhat read hentai and manga >start a JRPG >they either speak some archaic Japanese or use made up fantasy words >get tired of looking shit up 1h in and just throw the towel
It's just no fun.
Learning Kanji is easy as frick. It's grammar that's the killer. To anyone starting on Anki or whatnot; don't make it your only focus. You need to study grammar as well.
Eh, no, learning Japanese really is not worth it as someone who's spent 3 years studying it to pass N1, nor will it get you away from "wokeness".
Japan seems to really like transsexuals, considering a good chunk of their media is positive representations of them and other gender nonconforming types. They also have a communist party that has seats in their government.
Japan itself is, as we would consider, a very sex-positive country that won't shy away from depicting more realistic human relationships (which is a weird way of putting it but I'm at a loss for more eloquent words) against the Anglo-Saxon west's aversion to anything sexual. Japan is also very pro-environmental and supports a lot of green initiatives, and is famously anti-war (which is the running theme of most Gundam series). However the country is horribly sexist and xenophobic, problems that are festering now that their economic power and options for growth continue to disappear (they don't want foreigners to become Japanese and influence Japanese politics or change social norms, but most Japanese families now struggle to have kids and be successful due to stagnating wages and higher cost of living).
I've been living in Japan for about four years and it has been interesting seeing the differences between here and the US firsthand. On the one hand, Japan does seriously damaging mental gymnastics to keep this 1000-year-old social structure intact that ultimately hurts more than it helps. On the other hand that social structure creates a society where people can't get in your face with whatever bad takes they have.
>a good chunk of their media is positive representations of them and other gender nonconforming types
Exactly. I don't understand why people here pretend as if they're not degenerate as frick.
>learning Japanese to get away from "degeneracy"
Yeah ok literally nobody does that. Yuri/BL/traps/etc. have existed for decades, and none of it is responsible for the relatively recent burger problem. The most deranged burgers actually consider those things problematic, especially if it's sexualized and/or involves underage characters.
Then learn it. OP said you need to learn it to get away from woke localizations, without somehow realizing that Japan itself is already really woke
explain this then
jp wikipedia: >ゲーム中はよく女性と間違われるが、ジョニー、紗夢、ロボカイは男性と見抜いている。
en wikipedia: >the other characters relate to Bridget by sharing their own experiences of hiding secrets and of having the courage to reveal them and live as one's "true self", drawing a comparison to Bridget hiding her transgender identity.
That means they're not being sexist enough and allow women to have freedom. Get out of Japan and stop ruining it for the Japanese with your mutt ways.
>they don't want foreigners to become Japanese and influence Japanese politics or change social norms
To be honest when you compare the tiny amount of crime in Japanese society versus more "open" countries where inner cities have murder rates comparable to third world warzones, vending machines have to have cages on them, honey has to be locked away in supermarkets and terrorism is normalized it's hard to argue their approach is the wrong one.
it woudlnt, that the point
you said their way is yield better result
i said adopting them wouldnt
unless what youre offering is homogeniety, gl with that
Don't worry the gaijins will interfere in jap politics, if not from the inside then from the outside. They've already been forced to accept a lot of afghan muzzies who loiter and shit up shrines
except Ken Akamatsu joined the LDP for anti-PC reasons and a ton of classic manga people cheered him on. JCP got in trouble for talking about banning e-girl and are now talking about banning all live action porn.
also >nor will it get you away from "wokeness". >However the country is horribly sexist and xenophobic >JAPAN IS HECKIN WOKE BUT ALSO A TOXIC HELLWORLD
you sound like every unbearable gaijin twitter stereotype >and other gender nonconforming types
nice weaseling out moron, no one is against this
Eh, no, learning Japanese really is not worth it as someone who's spent 3 years studying it to pass N1, nor will it get you away from "wokeness".

Can you imagine this many people getting together to support someone's "toxic no-life incel crusade" against political correctness in anime/manga? not the occasional "right wing guy no one cares about anymore" like Doug Tennapel but people who are still successful and will be for years. I will believe it when he does anything of worth, else he's just another politician.
I'll be 100% honest and say it doesn't fricking matter if he does anything as long as he got a bunch of famous authors to admit "overseas pressure and political correctness is a problem"; even freaking liberal feminist Yukari Fujimoto sided with him and cheered him on cuz while she wants women to be equal sociopolitically she also likes problematic manga. Social censorship is a much bigger issue than legal censorship and the only thing that can stop this is creators not being homosexuals and admitting a problem is there instead of being "polite" to big daddy America.
My overall point is Japan actually has a bunch of prominent creators who openly speak out about this shit. Even the creator of Eizouken, a social media lib favorite, went after the JCP for wanting to censor e-girlcon. There is a clear difference between this and the immediate US industry-wide... no, INDUSTRIES-wide kowtowing in America back in 2012.
>Japan is also very pro-environmental and supports a lot of green initiatives, and is famously anti-war (which is the running theme of most Gundam series)
Mamoru Oshii is leftist in that regard but has the views of the average Ganker guy on political correctness. "Being anti war and pro environment is the same as going CHRIS CHAN IS A WOMAN PERIOD" is pure Twitter bullshit.
As for Gundam, Tomino is specifically against left/right distinctions and "ideology". He had to deal with Japanese leftists *from Hiroshima and Nagasaki* saying "America having nukes is bad, the USSR having nukes is good" and that made him get away from that stuff for life. https://ddnavi.com/news/358610/a/
Yasuhiko goes way beyond Tomino in not even being particularly anti-war and thinking youth against Japan having military power are mistaken. "Gundam shows Japan is woke" is literally a Twitter narrative from people who don't know the creators' actual views.
Latter is from Tomino Complete Works; some relevant parts:

ever consider that maybe if you're the kinda guy who cries about Japanese "sexism and xenophobia" you'll generally befriend particularly liberal Japanese people who agree with that?
>leftist in that regard but has the views of the average Ganker guy on political correctness
being anti-censorship is a natural extension of leftist ideas when you haven't been warped by american idpol
Becoming proficient in Chinese as in learning to speak like a scholar will always take a billion times more effort and then the simplified moonrunes can only help so much.
your filthy western ears could listen to the most garbage japanese dub in history and your weeb-poisoned pigbrain would tell its better than any english dub
They are 99.9999% of the time absolute garbage because most productions after 2007 hire the same four or five actors to voice every anime and JP game under the sun so not only is there zero variety, but it's all middling work because the actors aren't that good and because they're overworked and just showing up and spouting off lines to get through the day.
The few standouts that happen to rise above the rest are given to AAA studios and will never in their lives touch indie/niche stuff again. (Troy Baker)
hearing angloids try to pronounce any Japanese name is pure cringe so yeah, dubs are never better
american Japanese learners also have the worst possible accent for the language, to the point where most of them shouldn't even bother (unless they only want to read)
I tell them English isn't my first language, I don't get American humor (the truth is, localizers aren't funny, if I want something funny and American I'd rather watch a sitcom) and I'd rather play with the original voice acting regardless.
I don't play japanese games except hgames, and Unity/RPG is easy to machine translate for a quick fap. You're not baiting me to learn a dying, useless language in 4 years that you can't learn unless you're native.
I dont think I could push myself to commit to learning it unless I was in direct exposure to the language 24/7. I took two classes/semesters of it and I don't think I've retained almost any grammar at all even in terms of basic rules. Guess languages just arent my thing even though I want to learn :<
Japanese is a worthless language. I'm not gonna spend years learning a new language just for video games and anime, and I fricking despise anime anyway. I'd rather use this time to learn the guitar.
Not worth it, most big budget games get localized anyway and I can overlook a cringe line or two.
Untranslated manga are the real reason to learn Japanese.
Do people latch onto the localizer meme because they don't want to face the fact that their pure and uncorrupted Japan is becoming more progressive by the hour? I mean, most of these changes are present in the original Japanese text. It goes beyond just blaming the troony translators at this point, but you don't want to acknowledge that.
can someone help me here? i started japanese with namasensei and learned hiragana and katakana and then started using duolingo (i know, don't shit on me) until i got kinda tired of it, i got to almost the 4th checkpoint in duolingo, thing is, how do i go from here? stick to duolingo and use more tools or do other thing?
> started japanese with namasensei
you fell for a meme, he doesn't really teach anything >and learned hiragana and katakana
good >and then started using duolingo (i know, don't shit on me)
this is where you should have a nice day, but it's nice that you're 反省してる >how do i go from here?
https://tatsumoto.neocities.org/ >stick to duolingo
NO >and use more tools or do other thing?
Yes
If your reason to learn Japanese is "wahhhh troony localizers are killing muh games" then you will unironically never learn Japanese. morons like you can't learn Japanese just like you how you can't learn anything new. There's a reason localizers and translators are "trannies" and not Ganker incels.
My little bro learned it to play games that are not translated to begin with, he did it in 6 months and was able to play most Shinza bansho VNs for example. I think i will do the same.
>memorize Harigana >memorize Katakana >work your ass to learn as much Kanji as possible >pick up the grammar while you at it
Is this the accurate sequence? Did i miss anything?
What's with weebs attributing some especial value to Japanese and making it seem as if you need to use obscure, clandestine tools to learn the language? As if it's completely different from any other language out there? What Luke Smith wrote is still absolute gold
https://lukesmith.xyz/articles/notes-on-learning-languages/
Because the average person learning Japanese isn't at all interested in generally learning languages. It's basically Ganker incels trying to discover how to learn on their own. Reading up on IPA would probably help most here pronouncing Jap but who gives a shit about their progress?
Like most linguistic hot takes this entire article is based on conjecture. Stephen Krashen's input hypothesis falls apart on the same basis. The correct method of learning can never be a truly solved problem because of the insane amount of variables that need to be accounted for when testing the learning strategy. The AJATT method, while still flawed, at least acknowledges the fundamental truth that any rep you do is better than none and time in study shares a linear relationship with skill improvement.
This is the opposite of what a lot of polyglots online say about language learning.
Get just enough basic grammar so that you understand the meanings of words. Learn WORDS WORDS WORDS.
Your brain will fill in the gaps and you'll figure out most of the grammar from context and exposure.
I can't wait until the japs embrace the le woke meme just to see weebs cry and commit seppuku because their "based honorraru samurais" wear an LGBT flag.
Started playing it the other day and the dialogue is comfy and surprisingly easy
My brain turns off when it comes to menuing and reading interface stuff in JP for some reason though
JUST LEARN DA LANGUAGE is wimpy shit. Make them do it right just like the Tumblr fangirls who aren't complete gender cultists did (not Ganker, they just went "ignore it and it'll go away") with the crossdressing yaoi manga that got changed to a trans manga until people let the Japanese publishers know and they intervened. Learning the language ain't gonna change more and more creators deciding to pander to the most annoying group on earth, unless you use knowledge of Japanese (or frick, DeepL) to reach out to them the same way trannies do. Also support the creators who are speaking out against this shit already.
>just ignore it bro
The infection will spread to the source if you do not confront it. The Japanese will see these people and think "this is what the global audience wants". They are not infallible.
They don't need to understand English. They just need to trust their toooootally unbiased business partners who tell them what the foreigners want in their games. And then they will just follow the (supposed) money.
>just ignore it bro
The infection will spread to the source if you do not confront it. The Japanese will see these people and think "this is what the global audience wants". They are not infallible.
I am. Been studying hard every day for the past year and making good progress, about 1200/Kanji and 10k words down but I need to triple that to get to where I want to be. Being consistent in your studying and not giving up is the key, every day you wake up a little bit better.
I will learn Japanese
I will not stop shitting on localizers
I will not put it on my resume
I will not move to Japan
I will not talk to Japanese people. >learning japanese just for video games and anime
yes
1
The problem with that mentality is that once leftist localizers have full control they start influencing Japanese culture. At the point it doesnt matter what language you learned.
Edward Seidensticker, a famous Japanese translator, whose "landmark translations of novels by Kawabata, in particular Snow Country (1956) and Thousand Cranes (1958), led, in part, to Kawabata being awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1968" doesn't seem to think learning Japanese is really worth the effort:
"Were America to come to me and ask if it should learn Japanese, I would be tempted to reply: "America, if you have all that spare time, go learn French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Russian instead. You could learn them all in about the time it would take you to learn Japanese, and you would find richer rewards waiting at the end of the struggle than you would find after your conquest of Japanese".
He is right about Japanese taking a lot more time to learn, but first and foremost you won't succeed in learning any difficult skill if you're not fully interested in it. Westerners being so interested in Japanese media/culture is why there is such a huge market of translators despite it being a shit job and much harder for them to learn.
How old?
30 here, and doing my reps early in the morning helps me feel like I'm unrotting my brain for the rest of the day. Even if it's not optimal, 15 minutes of shit like Duolingo in the morning is great
30 as well. What reps?
I absolutely hate Duolinguo, friend was using it to learn Italian and I sometime overlooked and was kinda bad. Couldn't understand the voices, outright wrong sentences and so on.
I guess I should either give it a go or try to find something similar.
do no-food-no-water for a week a few times a year
>no water >for a week
Just have the guts to tell me to kms straight
It doesn't matter what reps. I do various languages for about 45mins to an hour. It has to be active focus and effort every day as early as possible. Very good for counteracting braindamage you get from using this site
>Find exactly oneJP only game interesting (蒼き狼と白き牝鹿 IV) >everyone who allegedly makes it just seems to be playing non-games like VNs or newer JRPGs which I don't care about
Honestly Japanese is a cool language and learning it is an interesting proposal but in the end I just don't have the passion to learn a language just to consoom media. That feels shallow.
It may start that way for many. But eventually the way your brain regards language fundamentally starts to break down, and the cultural mindset expressed through the language you're learning will change your very way of thinking as well.
I'd tend to agree with you on that point, and it applies to all languages, really, not just Japanese and Japan. Being interested in the culture helps tremendously. Civilization lessons were my favorite parts of all my language classes.
Don't you have any interest in the other aspects of Japanese culture, even the most mainstream ones like Feudal/Edo period Japan and the bakumatsu, samurai/ninja, shinto mythology, wabisabi/mono no aware, etc.?
Nope, I'm more interested in early European x Japanese interactions than what they did before.
Same deal with the East, including India and SEA in general to be fair.
I mean this genuinely: if you spend a considerable amount of time engaging with Japanese media - especially video games - and have not learned Japanese by now, I have zero respect for you and you deserve the troony slop you're being fed. I do not understand how someone can seriously have played Japanese games for years and not have thought, "maybe I should cut out the homosexual middleman and spend some time every day for a couple years learning how to read this shit myself." If you're a millennial, you are familiar with how shitty the translations for 90s games were. If you're a zoomer, you know how shitty the 00s games were. And now EOPs are still seething about their translations being shit, albeit for different reasons. If you're gonna be a frickin loser and play weebshit all day, at least try to get some kind of hard skill out of it.
anon. I learned English this way, and expected it the same form Japanese.. But it's impossible and very hard. you have to put tremendous effort into learning it. If I spent this time input learning japanese with another language, like French or Russian.. I would've been fluent by now
You can learn enough to play video games with even the headiest stories within two years, and many games within one. It's not close to impossible, and barely hard. The most you need to do is stick to a schedule of actually studying and not just expect to immerse yourself from day one as an average person. Japanese is not a romance language and should not be treated as such. gays who failed their latest N4 test shit on Anki here constantly but daily-practiced spaced repetition for vocab, kanji, and grammatical structures in conjunction with small bits of appropriate native material (increasing time spent as skill increases) is basically a cheat mode to being able to comprehend Japanese. You can literally do the bulk of your studying while listening to podcasts like this. Producing (speaking, writing) is of course a different story, and requires native friends and contacts, but I'm talking the least amount of effort here for the idiots who keep making threads b***hing about troon localizations.
Considering they use a lot of slang, improper grammar, and uncommon terms, at least a year or 2 of hard book study and a half year dedicated to casual/improper Japanese.
I took this pill years ago and honestly it's not worth if if your goal is japanese games or escaping localization.
1. Translations are surprisingly good these days. This isn't the 2000s where you had to worry about an unprofitable series not releasing their titles.
2. You need to study a LOT to be literate. Listening/speaking skills come much faster but playing games in Japanese could take years with the amount of vocab and kanji you'll need.
3. It's not a very useful language outside of media unless you go out of your way to join language exchanges or sign up for tutoring.
4. Anything not translated these days is probably a kusoge or a vn and aren't worth the effort imo. Go back to point 2 for why VNs aren't worth it.
>Translations are surprisingly good these days. This isn't the 2000s where you had to worry about an unprofitable series not releasing their titles.

There are so many examples of bullshit localization that makes your statement false and fan-translation will drop a series due to their circumstances. Also, there's so many untranslated good shit out there like のうコメ and I don't want to be shackled by translators. Unless if you don't care and don't consume mostly Japanese content your points stand.
>Consume games with Eng dub if I decided to quit 日本語 because I never cared for the language, >played XB2 for 30min-1hr >studied 日本語 for 3-5 hours >rinse and repeat
Thanks, localizers and English VAs.
Childhood is idolizing Japan and Japanese games
Adulthood is learning Japanese and more things about Japan and realizing the West (particularly western europe) is simply better
Literally the only thing better about the west is 2a and a non pagan majority religion. Japans seperation of country/city is perfect, they utilize space extremely well and don't take to globohomosexual memes.
Adulthood is playing all those weird PS1 and PC-98 games that will never be localized, while living in your own country.
Frick all those ironic weebs that get mindbroken when they start living in Japan, guess what they don't want your dumb ass on their country.
West does innovative programming and writing better, but Japan is still good at art and SOUL. Only France can somewhat barely compete at art with Japan
>posting the moron with a monkey brain that milks fujos for money and not the original video
Thanks for the video regardless, I'm gonna follow /meg/'s guide to get Ganker
Are japanese girls really that easy if you're a tall foreigner? I thought they were xenophobic.
They're talking about men, though. Chances are if you're as beta male as the typical Japanese "man", they'll have no interest in you even if you're tall and white. No one wants to date a sperg, of any race
Not going to help you when games are getting censored in Japanese too and Japanese games are getting LGBT shit built into them.
>remake
you have already failed
if you actually spoke japanese you'd know what it says, troon.
>Anon reveals he doesn't know Japanese
Yes, exactly. In the original game you stole a girl's chemise. The remake changes it to a diary. A separate scene in the same game involving stealing a girl's panties was also changed in the remake to be about stealing her money instead.
What am I looking at here?
>アニーが日々つけている秘密の日記
>A secret diary that Annie writes in daily. (I'm assuming that つけている is "keeping a diary/making an entry")
vs
>The private musings of Annie that she keeps under lock and key.
And the bottom is
>Annie's Chemise
Eh, Japan is going to succumb to this nonsense eventually, but I guess I’ve been wanting to learn Japanese anyway. What’s the best way to learn?

they have always glorified LGTV way before the woke wave, only different is that they treat it as another fetish among hundreds to fap to instead of brownie points.
>instead of brownie points
Animal Crossing, Guilty Gear, Xenoblade, Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Bayonetta, FF7, Pokemon, the list goes on....
Japan does anything for fun. If Ranma came out today you'd ape out
Ranma is a gag comedy about a boy becoming a girl against his wishes whenever he gets wet, the author didn't even consider trannies when making it, because a guy having to deal with a sex change as a moments notice is a funny concept.
I agree but that wouldn't stop people on social media chimping out when a @twitterbio has a terrible take
RANMA SAID FREAKIN TRANS RIGHTS lol get fricked there's a story in the manga that's too "right wing" for me and basically comes off as "hetero = normal"
look up refold. basically by learning words consistently and immersing in a ton of japanese content you pick up the language the same way a child does
youre given parent to raise you or what?

>autistically grind shit to pass an exam that doesn't really test practical knowledge

I'm giving a (you) because theses a great advices for beginners.

ankidroids learn anki, not japanese
no shit, the secret to their success was consistently spending a frick ton of time reading and listening to the language. here is one of them speaking https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8v2VkcIXBI&t=6436s
Damn is it cringe listening to Ganker incels. None of those have even got a lick of knowledge regarding linguistics. Who even listens to this?
>linguistics
moron. using a language is like swimming, you can only learn it by doing it. no matter how much you study "linguistics" or read about the physics and techniques of swimming in a book, it won't help
False.
says the guy that can't speak half as well as that clip
Is mastering a language Asian 5-year-olds can speak fluently really your life goal let alone notable to you, anon?
>None of those have even got a lick of knowledge regarding linguistics
>Fact of the matter is I learn nothing from such a podcast.
>I
so it just projection then
>millions speak with 0 knowledge pertaining to neuroscience or any science that studies learnin
then what the point of invoking "muh linguisitcs" if its so redundnant
>why not listen to a polyglot
polygot is a lifestyle so no point listening to them either
>If you don't care about the science
humanities are not to be confused with science
>ancient languages
dead languages, whats the realation here?
>Monks
monk is a lifestyle too, literally dedicating your life to a thing, againt irrelevant
> "exact" languages are conlangs, and even those are not rigorously exact
conlangs are also dead languages, and they are standardized from the get go
you do realize that languages are living organisms
all of your examples so far were only standardized versions of languages, literally zero relevance
you didnt actually post here to help ppl, ist just "wrong, false, its not my approved way of going about things"
now go learn some humulity before trying to interacting with ppl
>so it just projection then
Little to do with immature defense mechanisms
>then what the point of invoking "muh linguisitcs" if its so redundnant
>polygot is a lifestyle so no point listening to them either
>monk is a lifestyle too, literally dedicating your life to a thing, againt irrelevant
Maybe I should add more commas next time so your ESL ass doesn't get confused.
>humanities are not to be confused with science
Neuroscience is a hard science. Linguistics is in between humanities and hard sciences.
>dead languages, whats the realation here?
explained in the next clause of what you're quoting
>conlangs are also dead languages, and they are standardized from the get go
I hit enter before typing that sentence implying it's related to the second point of the post I am quoting.
>languages are living organisms
Not at all. The culture associated with language is the alive part.
>literally
Stop abusing this word.
All in all, terrible post.
>Maybe I should add more commas next time so your ESL ass doesn't get confused.
you think me confused yet instead of elaborating you just snark
thats a humulity issue
>All in all, terrible post.
a lesson in humility then
the point of my post was to point out your post having zero relevance to the topic
the topic being "learning japanese" and not "general language learning"
none of your post provided any useful nor specific information on that topic
thats the irony here, that some video of Gankerners talking about their experiences learning japanese was more direct to the topic than anything youve produced in this thread
i dont know about you, but if i wanted to learn a language i wouldnt seek out a linquist
id seek out a language teacher
if linguistics was that efficient, we would have solved machine translation 50 years ago

I wasted 2 years on Jap and still can't read shit without using tools to make looking up words easier.
And I fricking read 2 VNs and a few manga in Japanese already.
You can't learn this language unless you make it your life goal.
>I fricking read 2 VNs and a few manga in Japanese already.
that's barely anything...
>that's barely anything...
When the 40h VN takes 200h to complete in Jap thats a lot of wasted time though.
Like I said, if jap isn't a major part of your life then forget it, with 2h studying per week you wont get anywhere.
>if jap isn't a major part of your life then forget it,
well yeah, it's like learning to scuba dive when you live in the middle of a dessert. not only will learning be extremely difficult, but ultimately it won't benefit you in any way cuz it's not part of your life
Took the J1 like three times and decided to commit on the third charm; even with just that I could make out the bare intentions of that LaL screencap.
There are plenty of resources.
>I wasted 2 years on Jap and still can't read shit without using tools to make looking up words easier
tools like typing out the chars?
ppl make the mistake of not learning kanji efficiently
just dont learn reading and meaning at the same time
readings easier and allows you to look thing up instantly
>EOPs are bad at language learning
>You can't learn this language unless you make it your life goal.
Yeah only if you have Alzheimer's or some severe cognitive defects.

Will your degree and career matter to the black guy stabbing you? (Or Arab, if in Europe.)
Not him but what's that supposed to mean? Even if you learn Japanese that doesn't mean you should want to move to Japan and make it less Japanese.

Translation patch When?
If I know hiragana and can recognize katakana with a little effort, would it be a good idea to play in Japanese?
>If I know hiragana and can recognize katakana with a little effort, would it be a good idea to play in Japanese?
No.
Playing games in jap as a beginner is terrible.
But don't some games simplify kanji into kana? Maybe it depends on the game
Kana makes it harder, not easier.
Jap kids only know how to read that shit cuz they know the words already.
You will spent half the time wondering what word was being said here which doesn't happen with kanji (or at least not that much)
just try it, don't worry about "good ideas". you are a smart lad and will be able to figure it out just from doing stuff and feeling it out
To be fair I already completed it several times years ago despite not knowing anything Japanese. It was such a cool game for a poorgay that I was compelled.
Now I have an OCR tool, so I could write down Kanji I don't recognize and maybe even memorize them.
What if I romanize the way I read kana, write it into a search engine and find a translation and go slowly like that? It's an idea
I need to try this
>What if I romanize the way I read kana, write it into a search engine
It's a bit of a tldr, is it really worth a read? I'm already learning jap in my own way...
>It's a bit of a tldr, is it really worth a read?
yeah? getting decent at japanese is going to take thousands of hours spread over years, and maintaining it is going to be a lifelong endeavor.
but if you just wanna read something shorter for now, points 1 to 3 of https://rentry.org/gitgud which was written by one of the guys, and also here is a jp -> english dictionary https://jisho.org/
Thanks, jisho seems neat
>write it into a search engine and find a translation and go slowly like that?
heh... i'd recommend you go through these
to get a better idea of how to learn while you're playing through the game. Generally something like a dictionary is better for looking things up
japanese is full of homophones
Do you got grammar down too?
I started playing ds games on an acekard when I only knew about 300 or so kanji. Needless to say I took off like a rocket after doing so.
Being able to understand things even if it's simple was a really good feeling.
Nope. I've bookmarked that bun website, but currently I know frickall about grammar.
that is a for-profit site, and i've never heard anyone good at the language recommend it
there are tons of free grammar resources, here is a list http://learnjapanese.moe/resources/#grammar
Bookmaked, thanks! I don't mind a for profit website. I already pay for memrise(the video recordings of natives speaking are worth it imo). If something drills me in grammar until I get it, then it's good imo
Along with that I personally used Tae Kim's Grammar Guide but I learnt like 10 years ago. Don't know what the current go to is.
it's still tae kim lol, but if you can stand the voice the cure dolly videos are apparently a good alternative now
I like the parsing example here https://sakubi.neocities.org/
You gotta start somewhere. I learned some words, then jumped into muv luv. Took a while, but I loved it.
people who are good at japanese never post things like this
They are playing japanese games. This thread is for people who want to help each other learn it. you fricking homosexual
jap voices fixes the problem, their writing system is completely fricked up
You say while writing in a language that spells words the way they were pronounced hundreds of years ago but didn't bother to update the spelling when the pronunciations changed and so its orthography is fricked beyond belierf
Japanese games are starting to censor themselves because of troonylation.
Buddy, I play and enjoy Borderlands. Bad writing isn't an issue for me. Besides, weeb games suck.
I feel you brother.
>learn jap for games
>can somewhat read hentai and manga
>start a JRPG

>get tired of looking shit up 1h in and just throw the towel
It's just no fun.
>I want to learn japanese because anime makes me think all of japan is racist and sexist
cringe
Seethe
Japs are genuine morons. If the west didn't care about LGBT they wouldn't care either.
Learning Kanji is easy as frick. It's grammar that's the killer. To anyone starting on Anki or whatnot; don't make it your only focus. You need to study grammar as well.
same here, from N2 level and onwards, grammar is a b***h to learn. Kanji's difficulty doesn't really increase in my opinion.
But i am right now.
what's the noticeable differences to the Eng translation?
I don't know. It's been years since i played the English version.
On the other hand that social structure creates a society where people can't get in your face with whatever bad takes they have.
the post that destroyed Gankereebs
Chuds btfo.
>a good chunk of their media is positive representations of them and other gender nonconforming types
The most deranged burgers actually consider those things problematic, especially if it's sexualized and/or involves underage characters.
homie i just wanna play their pornge
Then learn it. OP said you need to learn it to get away from woke localizations, without somehow realizing that Japan itself is already really woke
>Japan itself is already really woke

That means they're not being sexist enough and allow women to have freedom. Get out of Japan and stop ruining it for the Japanese with your mutt ways.
Move to Somalia, incel
No need, Somalia is coming to every 1st world country because they still have patriarchy
>they don't want foreigners to become Japanese and influence Japanese politics or change social norms
To be honest when you compare the tiny amount of crime in Japanese society versus more "open" countries where inner cities have murder rates comparable to third world warzones, vending machines have to have cages on them, honey has to be locked away in supermarkets and terrorism is normalized it's hard to argue their approach is the wrong one.
here we go again

Don't worry the gaijins will interfere in jap politics, if not from the inside then from the outside. They've already been forced to accept a lot of afghan muzzies who loiter and shit up shrines
except Ken Akamatsu joined the LDP for anti-PC reasons and a ton of classic manga people cheered him on. JCP got in trouble for talking about banning e-girl and are now talking about banning all live action porn.
also
>nor will it get you away from "wokeness".
>However the country is horribly sexist and xenophobic
>JAPAN IS HECKIN WOKE BUT ALSO A TOXIC HELLWORLD
you sound like every unbearable gaijin twitter stereotype
>and other gender nonconforming types
nice weaseling out moron, no one is against this
Can you imagine this many people getting together to support someone's "toxic no-life incel crusade" against political correctness in anime/manga? not the occasional "right wing guy no one cares about anymore" like Doug Tennapel but people who are still successful and will be for years. America had NOTHING like this; creators immediately bent the knee as soon as Anita came along. https://togetter.com/li/1914120
Also troony =/= inherently a wokescold in east-Asia. Frick I saw an openly lesbian yuri author support Akamatsu.

Epic leftist gundam from a creator who thinks "Jews control Hollywood" and "feminism past the 60s is a form of hysteria"
Latter is from Tomino Complete Works; some relevant parts:

Freaking Yusuke Murata, George Morikawa, Kazushi Hagiwara and Makoto Raiku cheered on Ken Akamatsu joining the LDP, whose entire thing is "keep overseas influence and political correctness out of anime & manga". The kinda thing that results in "touch grass" replies over here.
Do morons who agree with
ever consider that maybe if you're the kinda guy who cries about Japanese "sexism and xenophobia" you'll generally befriend particularly liberal Japanese people who agree with that?
>leftist in that regard but has the views of the average Ganker guy on political correctness
being anti-censorship is a natural extension of leftist ideas when you haven't been warped by american idpol
I agree yeah but I'm saying he ain't "woke", quite the opposite.
Becoming proficient in Chinese as in learning to speak like a scholar will always take a billion times more effort and then the simplified moonrunes can only help so much.
>It's actually one of the RARE case where the eng dub is superior to sub! (says this for every games)
How do you respond?
>Why?
then they never answer
your filthy western ears could listen to the most garbage japanese dub in history and your weeb-poisoned pigbrain would tell its better than any english dub
Yes american voice acting industry is that bad.
Isn't that what dubgays are already doing but with every eng dubs?
>english dub
They are 99.9999% of the time absolute garbage because most productions after 2007 hire the same four or five actors to voice every anime and JP game under the sun so not only is there zero variety, but it's all middling work because the actors aren't that good and because they're overworked and just showing up and spouting off lines to get through the day.
The few standouts that happen to rise above the rest are given to AAA studios and will never in their lives touch indie/niche stuff again. (Troy Baker)
When the frick has Troy Baker done anything that wasn't Last of Us or Uncharted?
hearing angloids try to pronounce any Japanese name is pure cringe so yeah, dubs are never better
american Japanese learners also have the worst possible accent for the language, to the point where most of them shouldn't even bother (unless they only want to read)
I thought Nipponese love gaijinslur. They often mimic it when they rap. You can hear it a lot in Homemade Kazoku's songs
Maybe they do, it just sounds super annoying to some of us yuropoors
you reply "what do you mean sub?" and then walk away
Memorizing that horrific writing system isn't worth my time
Especially since I don't give a shit about VNs and menu games
The Japanese themselves are getting cucked. Don't learn Japanese, learn how to operate and maintain and AR15.
What do i do after hiragana and katana?
Bust out the dictionary.
see
Localizer are now knocking on the jap's doors telling them to change.
>horribly sexist and xenophobic
That's not a bad thing.
Do people latch onto the localizer meme because they don't want to face the fact that their pure and uncorrupted Japan is becoming more progressive by the hour? I mean, most of these changes are present in the original Japanese text. It goes beyond just blaming the troony translators at this point, but you don't want to acknowledge that.
what race is that?
yeah in like 5 years 🙂
can someone help me here? i started japanese with namasensei and learned hiragana and katakana and then started using duolingo (i know, don't shit on me) until i got kinda tired of it, i got to almost the 4th checkpoint in duolingo, thing is, how do i go from here? stick to duolingo and use more tools or do other thing?
> started japanese with namasensei
you fell for a meme, he doesn't really teach anything
>and learned hiragana and katakana
good
>and then started using duolingo (i know, don't shit on me)
this is where you should have a nice day, but it's nice that you're 反省してる
>how do i go from here?
https://tatsumoto.neocities.org/
>stick to duolingo
NO
>and use more tools or do other thing?
Yes
thanks anon
If your reason to learn Japanese is "wahhhh troony localizers are killing muh games" then you will unironically never learn Japanese. morons like you can't learn Japanese just like you how you can't learn anything new. There's a reason localizers and translators are "trannies" and not Ganker incels.
My little bro learned it to play games that are not translated to begin with, he did it in 6 months and was able to play most Shinza bansho VNs for example. I think i will do the same.
I like frogposters because they immediately tell us that they're moronic so you don't have to waste your time reading their posts.
>memorize Harigana
>memorize Katakana
>work your ass to learn as much Kanji as possible
>pick up the grammar while you at it
Is this the accurate sequence? Did i miss anything?
That's what I'm doing. Reading is important, don't fall for the anki and "just understand the spoken form, kanji hard' trap
Rather learn a useful language than a soon to be dead language. Besides I hate weebs
You say this but in reality you're probably too lazy and undisciplined to learn /any/ language. I'd bet everything I have on it
I'VE GIVEN UP 5 TIMES IN 2 YEARS
I CAN'T WAIT TO GIVE UP AGAIN
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Man I wish Luke Smith went back to babbling about linguistics. He actually knows his shit when it comes to languages.
This is the opposite of what a lot of polyglots online say about language learning.
Get just enough basic grammar so that you understand the meanings of words. Learn WORDS WORDS WORDS.
Your brain will fill in the gaps and you'll figure out most of the grammar from context and exposure.
Save for Michel Thomas, I take it. Stop acting like polyglots are a homogenous whole.
I can't wait until the japs embrace the le woke meme just to see weebs cry and commit seppuku because their "based honorraru samurais" wear an LGBT flag.
i tried learning but i was also trying to learn how to code, so i had to choose one dom
i did and i still confuse O and A
Where are my Fugabros at?
Started playing it the other day and the dialogue is comfy and surprisingly easy
My brain turns off when it comes to menuing and reading interface stuff in JP for some reason though
>not reading the French version
YIKES!
There’s enough french in the game already
>Japanese people
>understanding English
Pick one
They don't need to understand English. They just need to trust their toooootally unbiased business partners who tell them what the foreigners want in their games. And then they will just follow the (supposed) money.
fricking spot on
Meds
What's outlandish about that claim?
My main reason to why I'm studying japanese right now is that so I can play Dragon Quest without having to suffer the localization
Why? Japanese media has nothing of worth.
I wanna play Anonymous Code, but I don't have Switch.
All walkthrough videos on the internet are taken down by ~~*MAGE*~~
I hate it so frickingmuch
No need.
I'm not offended by texts and ideas that I don't agree with.
Funny how many here are.
Localizers seem really offended by Japanese texts and ideas, so much so they really need to change them.
Cool, don't care. Is the game good?
>don't care
You came into this thread, you care.
If you reply to me, you care still.
thats fun head canon anon
Here: I care about you. Hope you're doing well
Already did. About 10 years ago. I've been living in Tokyo for 6 years. Don't end up like me.
Don't worry, I'm not moronic, I have no intention of moving to Japan just because I'm learning Japanese.
So go back?
I did. Live in Japan too. Enjoying you not being around.
I am. Been studying hard every day for the past year and making good progress, about 1200/Kanji and 10k words down but I need to triple that to get to where I want to be. Being consistent in your studying and not giving up is the key, every day you wake up a little bit better.
the ultimate nihongo guide
Alternatively, you can just stop watching trannime. Japan has done nothing for the West except promote young men to become females.
The only ones who claim anime is for trannies are trannies themselves. I will also not read your reply to this post.
>take the japanese pill
ok... whats next?
>spend 2000 hours to learn japanese
frick you off
I will learn Japanese
I will not stop shitting on localizers
I will not put it on my resume
I will not move to Japan
I will not talk to Japanese people.
>learning japanese just for video games and anime
yes
Enjoy not making it
>I will not move to Japan
>I will not talk to Japanese people.
This okay
>I will not put it on my resume
But this why not? It' always a +
>I will not talk to Japanese people.
This is pretty necessary dude or you'll never get comfortable with it
extremely based
what do you mean by 'making it'? cause that's a perfectly valid way to learn and use the language
NGMI
Frick yeah
You could learn them all in about the time it would take you to learn Japanese, and you would find richer rewards waiting at the end of the struggle than you would find after your conquest of Japanese".
>so good it won nobel prize
>theres better elsewhere
Nobel prizes are a meme
specially the ones that aren't about physics or math
He is right about Japanese taking a lot more time to learn, but first and foremost you won't succeed in learning any difficult skill if you're not fully interested in it. Westerners being so interested in Japanese media/culture is why there is such a huge market of translators despite it being a shit job and much harder for them to learn.
Also there was frickall reason to learn moon runes in 1960. Now there's uma musume.
>t.
That was back then when the West was still good.
>Learn french
Speak to mostly africans
>Learn German
Speak to Turks and Syrians
>learn English
Speak to Mexicans and Pajeets
Didn't happen to me though
Because there's about 500 million anglos, and only 80 million Frenchies, 20% of them are immigrants
500 million cucks
Ewwww Syrians too? Turks are yucky but they're still not arab-arabs unlike Syrians. Gross.
turks look indistinguishable from Arabs though. All Muslims got raped hard
Arabs are more yellow than turks.
I'm too old to learn anything new, especially a language.
My brain feels like scrambled fog
I guess I should either give it a go or try to find something similar.
>no water
>for a week
Just have the guts to tell me to kms straight
just lie down a lot and don't sweat
It doesn't matter what reps. I do various languages for about 45mins to an hour. It has to be active focus and effort every day as early as possible. Very good for counteracting braindamage you get from using this site
do no-food-no-water for a week a few times a year
Unless akamatsu does something, nips are gulping down the globalhomosexual bull shit at a faster rate american companies did.
it's true
so much for "the japanese are stubborn and set in their ways" narrative
>Find exactly oneJP only game interesting (蒼き狼と白き牝鹿 IV)
>everyone who allegedly makes it just seems to be playing non-games like VNs or newer JRPGs which I don't care about
Honestly Japanese is a cool language and learning it is an interesting proposal but in the end I just don't have the passion to learn a language just to consoom media.
Japanese is an impossibru language.
not a weeb
not an american
dont care
I just don't have energy to learn this shit 10h a day for 10 years only to reach elementary level Japanese.
You can hit elementary level doing 10 hours a day for 8 months.
>t. Did it in jail
What were you in for?
まーたこの糞スレかよ
何時まで作り続けるつもりだよ、カス
trying waaaay too hard, ken-sama
Again this shit thread
For how long do you intent to continue making it? Scum.
Wow it's just like one my Japanese animes.
I don't know why but everytime I read a japanese post on Ganker I cringe really hard
Same thing with my mother tongue
Because it’s almost always an anon showing off.
Bokuzenzenyaranaikedo
japan has been compromised, there is no helping learning their language anymore
I can save their women aged 20-35
>I am silly
they're quite literally word for word the arguments you'll see from people defending Dragon Quest localization
>RYE-YOU
hate americans so much
>I'm getting hungry hombre!
The problem is that most people want instant gratification and don't have the willpower to actually accomplish a long term goal.
how long does it take to learn enough japanese to understand vtubers
Considering they use a lot of slang, improper grammar, and uncommon terms, at least a year or 2 of hard book study and a half year dedicated to casual/improper Japanese.
No, no more running away, running away to japan was always a temporary bandaid solution, they're not immune
This isn't the 2000s where you had to worry about an unprofitable series not releasing their titles.
https://boundingintocomics.com/2021/02/21/seven-seas-admits-to-heavy-handed-censorship-of-classroom-of-the-elite-and-mushoku-tensei-jobless-reincarnation/

>Consume games with Eng dub if I decided to quit 日本語 because I never cared for the language,
>played XB2 for 30min-1hr
>studied 日本語 for 3-5 hours
>rinse and repeat
Thanks, localizers and English VAs.
Childhood is idolizing Japan and Japanese games
Adulthood is learning Japanese and more things about Japan and realizing the West (particularly western europe) is simply better
Literally the only thing better about the west is 2a and a non pagan majority religion. Japans seperation of country/city is perfect, they utilize space extremely well and don't take to globohomosexual memes.
>non pagan majority religion
But that's a huge negative if you don't venerate literal sandBlack person culture.
I want to learn it just to play the porn games
You won't.
Killyourself homosexual
I won't.
more respectable than the gays learning it to live in Japan 2 bh
hmmm
FACT
visiting japan>moving to japan
How do you have sexo when you visit Japan?
turn on tinder
watch how 30 times more women pay more attention to your than in your home country.
you audition for it
I don't think I'd be able to handle that
Are japanese girls really that easy if you're a tall foreigner? I thought they were xenophobic.
Japanese Women on Dating White Men
>posting the moron with a monkey brain that milks fujos for money and not the original video
Thanks for the video regardless, I'm gonna follow /meg/'s guide to get Ganker
They're talking about men, though. Chances are if you're as beta male as the typical Japanese "man", they'll have no interest in you even if you're tall and white. No one wants to date a sperg, of any race
just move to japan and go to a language school for 24 months. it just cost 10-15k
