You know why Americans are so shitty at math despite having some of the best bankers, engineers, and scientists in the world?
Because those smart people tend to come from good schools. In shithole America, they give the kid a Chromebook and tell you as a teacher part of their work is this ai that'll teach them shit and no you can't not use it.
Here's the thing. Those ai's were built of of basic Boolean fork types, nothing like the LLMs we have today. They're slow, dumb, and kids nowadays having a smartphone hate slow and shitty tech like that.
But the adults love it because the program makes great fricking charts, so they can indicate some data point during some waste of an hour presentation that's mandatory for everyone to attend.
If you have kids and the school they're at is considering some shit like Mathis or iReady, consider that for 2-3 hours each day they will be working with a computer, mindlessly clicking away as "education."

I would regularly get booted off of servers for no reason other than having it, even though it had been over 10 years, till I got sick of it and just made a new account.
