I didn't like Tali until ME2. In 1 I felt like 99.9% of her dialogue is explaining to the player what a Quarian or Geth is, she was like an Avina terminal, an exposition bot. She talked about her father for two sentences, and she likes ships. Cool.

It's not a remake they just tuned up ME1's graphics and its UI. ME2 and 3 are virtually the same but at modern resolutions. All the DLC and weapon packs, etc., are included so that's the main draw imo

Not the anon you're talking to, but I'll give my quick review of Andromeda. Good graphics (environment and abilities look great) and the jetpack is a pretty cool addition. Enemy design is lacking as none of the designed enemies are built to test your mastery of the game like in 2 and 3 and they bring in enemies with one hit kills like the ones featured in ME3 multiplayer. The writing is all over the place and has a tendency to talk about something then show something different. Like the game will play up the investigative/exploration theme but then it'll turn around and show something not being much of a problem. On top of that, solve all mcguffin. Ryder is really subdued compared to just about any Bioware protag voiced or not and FemRyder, while cute, can come across as an emo girl especially with certain looks. Character creator is pretty shit. Forgot to mention that.
All in all, gameplay can be fun but you're be bugged by a lot of other things before it being woke or not can cross your mind.

I didn't like Tali until ME2. In 1 I felt like 99.9% of her dialogue is explaining to the player what a Quarian or Geth is, she was like an Avina terminal, an exposition bot. She talked about her father for two sentences, and she likes ships. Cool.

It's not a remake they just tuned up ME1's graphics and its UI. ME2 and 3 are virtually the same but at modern resolutions. All the DLC and weapon packs, etc., are included so that's the main draw imo

Not the anon you're talking to, but I'll give my quick review of Andromeda. Good graphics (environment and abilities look great) and the jetpack is a pretty cool addition. Enemy design is lacking as none of the designed enemies are built to test your mastery of the game like in 2 and 3 and they bring in enemies with one hit kills like the ones featured in ME3 multiplayer. The writing is all over the place and has a tendency to talk about something then show something different. Like the game will play up the investigative/exploration theme but then it'll turn around and show something not being much of a problem. On top of that, solve all mcguffin. Ryder is really subdued compared to just about any Bioware protag voiced or not and FemRyder, while cute, can come across as an emo girl especially with certain looks. Character creator is pretty shit. Forgot to mention that.
All in all, gameplay can be fun but you're be bugged by a lot of other things before it being woke or not can cross your mind.
