After playing Modern Warfare 2019 I wanted to go back and see how the earlier games stacked up so I played Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops and Black Ops 3 (I think) and holy shit they suck ass.
They look like garbage, brown and grey and the characters look like cartoons. Sound is mediocre and doesn't have the Battlefield feel where the bullets whiz and crack and the sound changes depending on weapon, impact, indoor/outdoor etc. The guns feel like pea shooters and handle awfully. Animations are nothing special. Kill streaks are still too strong (so no change there lmao). Monetization/unlocks. If MW19 had zombies it would be one of the best games of all time and certainly the best CoD. Anything else is nostalgia or kiddie shit. Finally a military shooter that tries to act like one.

It might have been Modern Warfare 3. Or 5 or Advanced Warfare. How should I know? They're all the same.
Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2 were peak MP, World at War and Black Ops 1 were peak zombies. i thought everything between Black Ops 1 and the Modern Warfare reboot was trash.
I remember being so good, and running with players so good that we would just spend all night letting players on the other team pick out loadouts, telling them where we were going to take the bomb, and still 4-0ing everyone for weeks at a time
