She is not mad at you for being good or evil, she is encouraging you to introspect on why you take an action and telling you to think through the potential consequences. Did you give the beggar money for any reason beyond "it seemed like the good guy thing to do" and if so, how was it a "good guy" thing to do if it only made him a target for predation?
Kreia only works because she's lecturing and manipulating someone to both clean up her messes and expand on their unique situation to break free of tired Jedi/Sith dogma

Kreia doesn't hate the Jedi or the Sith, she hates current iterations of them. Sith are stupid and self-destructive instead of being cruel and wicked, but cultured and refined warrior philosophers of ye olden days. Jedi are just ineffectual twats who preach "everytihng is fine" in the face of disaster until it's too late. I doubt that whatever Order Bastila restored, the one who followed Revan (Kreia's student), is going to be full of vrooks.
Kreia will be black. As will all the important women. Revan will be a nonbinary Trans person, they'll say its to incorporate the ability to customize revan in kotor as the justification as to why 'they'(Revan) can't be just male or female.
