(patapata means flap-flap btw)
neat
what's it do
I owned this game for the NES, and I use to just call that the 'P' wing. I never understood what the 'P' meant, but it was fun to say.
it stands for power because it give you the power to fly
p means power, wing means fly = p-wing
I also thought this, especially in the running meter, I just thought as the P as reaching maximum Power to fly.
I use to call the speed meter at the bottom, the 'power meter', I would call the Wing with the 'P' on it the P-wing. Because it was fully charged leaf power-up.
It's called power meter in the manual, as well. In fact, although the item in the OP is indeed called "Flap-Flap Feather", the "P" here could actually stand for "Power" as well. In fact, the description mentions that the item fills the power meter until you hit an enemy.
Pretty interesting, and confusing. Yeah it'd make sense that the item with the "P" on it would fill your P meter.
Neat trivia ITT.
This is expert level logic, I figured this out myself too.
what's the p in the first three mega man games stand for then?
Pellet.
Penis
pew pew
Pasta
Peashooter or P-Shooter
Puckered Peach Pussay.
Phly
plane/pilot/propeller/phlight/phist (because the sprite is a hand if it's not a wing) matches the lore better than the official soulless source
i always thought that was a three fingered hand pointing to the top right until now wtf
Too much PeePee ITT
