not OP but this one actually is good though.
It's good but not just because it's challenging. Some of the boss fights are excellent though, but FRICK the last boss and FRICK that one archer bawd REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
You don't fricking say. The last boss has 6 phases, took me two and a half hours to kill it on Expert (not master). Playing this on master would be masochistic.
I was getting actually salty when i dropped in on his third form and could not understand what was going on, multiple explosions everwhere, laser beams and lots of small enemies attacking me. I accidentally somehow parried a small enemy all because i was trying to raise my shield against a boss attack and the boss attack hit my because she was busy parrying a small enemy and i died. ALL the fricking way back to the start.

I finished the game and the hame lets you free roam the world to get all the collectables, i only have 70 of the 100 Rot dudes and all the map does is tell you that an area has more for you to find there. I am genuinely quite amazed that a game like this in this day and age has relatively little hand holding for it's exploration.

I am on a boss called Corrupted woodsmith, does this fricker have some weakness i don't know about? I get that you throw spirit bombs on the thing in the middle of the stage to break it's tether to the boss but it's the second form that is fricking me up.
If you throw a bomb on her third form you will open up a glowing yellow gem on it's chest, fire arrows at this until it is stunned and takes a knee. Use this moment to hit it with Rot Hammer, deals massive damage to it. Use Rot Hammer as often as you can in this fight otherwise you are going to get destroyed.

Is this game any fun?
Unironically might be GOTY for me. I came for look and feel for it but it actually got really challenging. Fantastic OST, play with good speakers or headphones. Fully recommend it if you ever enjoyed stuff like Jak & Daxter types of games, and you like Souls/Sekiro bosses
