Also... small trivia, Sothis stands at 135cm (or 4’5” in barbarian speech).

Ryujinx is a bit harder as you also need to download the switch firmware and it also does not suppor the Vulkan API, which I am using and is better (in some cases).
Also, nothing is stopping you from using both and you can reuse stuff as prod.keys, games, saves etc. between both emulators.
You can also get support for Ryujinx on the discord server mentioned in the guide. There are guides for it as well I think and the difference in setup will be probably only the firmware download and that's it.

Yes, I have beat the game from start to finish 2 weeks ago without any issue.
I used EA release of Yuzu, base game with patch 1.2.0 + 6 DLCs.
