Mandjtv is best when he's competing with PM7 because they play off each other well, on their own off-scripted videos they have their own faults - pm7 is competitive minded so doesn't really care about the data that is pokemon so it's mainly chat time, and mandjtv lets losing get to him too much so it results in that awkward uncomfortableness of watching someone have an angry sperg-out. Their scripted/edited videos vary on quality but some of their specialty playthroughs can be a decent watch.

jrose is probably the only "challenge" player i enjoy at all, mostly because he doesn't act like it's anything absurdly impossible or noteworthy. just playing through gen 1 with each pokemon for the sake of it. doesn't act like his results are "scientific" or objective, rarely if ever has clickbaity titles and thumbnails are simple and consistent. some of his humor is a little standard issue autist stuff but you can tell it's sincere. makes for good background listening while working.
I'm a Jrose fan too, he's great. I also recently discovered Scott's Thoughts, who does similar kinds of solo playthroughs to Jrose. Scott has higher quality editing and on-screen graphics than JRose and he also does gen 2-3 playthroughs more frequently for more variety, but his voice isn't quite as fun to listen to as Jrose's. He's still pretty enjoyable though, give him a shot.
