How to get that gear?
First you need the highest rarity gear, t9. Then you need the right manufacturer, like t9 elysion gear. When you equip it on an elysion nikke and level it up to 5 you can use one of those blue rocks you get from the special interception and overload it.
At what lvl do i start getting that gear? Im at 160
When you unlock the latest special interception and you reach level 7 or higher I think. You get the blue rocks you need for overloading when you fully beat the interception. Level doesn't matter for those since you are locked at 200 no matter what you do.
Do the stats on gear affect how much POW you get from them? I haven't tested that yet. Like does overloaded gear with charge speed give less power than ATK or something like that?
