So when should I expect the mass shooting

We had to watch a training video about that, they literally want you to fight back and there's no way I'm fricking dying for Walmart.

If they want people to fight back they should let employees carry on the clock.

They attacked the dude with keyboards and books in a campy way and the shit had to be intentionally goofy, there's no way.

homie, first shit they mention is that to run too.

If they want people to fight back they should let employees carry on the clock.

Think it depends on the state that employee works.

Cops are always at Walmart. Unless you have the keys to the outdoors department, only a moron would give their life for corporate profits. Get out of the store through the back and call the police, that's about all you can do.

I'm pretty sure you guys aren't even suppose to TOUCH shoplifters if you're not security or management. I doubt that's what they told you

It's different when someone is threatening your life. The video literally says "you have the right to defend yourself".

        Anonymous

Sounds like you didnt understand the video at all. You're supposed to avoid, contain and then defend in that order. If a dude's starting shit, you get the frick out of there, but if you can't because he's blocking the exit, then you make sure he can't get to you by locking doors and shit, and then if he actually does get to you then fricking throw hands and murder the son of a b***h or die trying because there's nothing else to do.

        >You are expected to rat that guy out to his absent manager

          Anonymous

Why the frick is every entry level job like this. Everyone shits on low wage/entry level employees so much but 99% of the time you get shown training videos and slideshows that don't reflect the actual job at all and then you're thrown to the wolves with zero management. These places would function more efficiently and have less problems with customers if they properly trained and managed people but instead they just throw fresh meat into the grinder until it spits them out because there's always someone to replace them.

            Anonymous

Yeah that's called entry level unskilled labor.

            Anonymous

Yup, theres little to no instruction and that have the audacity to get pissed like they expect you to know what to do and read minds. Some stuff is obvious, but if I dont know some thing or know what to do, that's on the manager not me. Like one let me frick up because he gave me the wrong directions, still let me do it, and then b***hed at me like it was my fricking fault.

        >work isn't very labor intensive; we got equipment

        >coworkers are a bunch of bros who occasionally meet up to go bowling and drink

Are landscaping jobs easy to get for neets/manchildren? I need to start working soon but never want to go back to an office again if I can help it.

            Anonymous

nta, but there are office jobs where people just send out emails and voicemails and sit on their phones all day, which I think would be easy for a neet to adjust to.
However, if you work with buttholes and seeing a lack of progress demoralizes you it might not be worth it. I've worked in offices and I've been fortunate to work with decent people.
I never worked landscaping, but I'd guess it'd be a good option for neets because it would be more difficult to hide your laziness compared to an office setting and at the end of a workday you can see your progress.

I work at great wolf lodge. you'd probably like it a lot more, but to me it's still a shitty job I can't wait to leave. the constant positivity is poison to me. I don't give a frick about talking to anyone anymore. this butthole who I was talking to literally doesn't say shit to me, not hi, not bye, nothing. and I bought him like 2 games. we just pass by each other without a word. I thinking about removing him on discord. I hate people who expect you to always talk first, but yet they'll talk to anyone else first. fricking hate working there flipping burgers and shit. I'm clearly depressed yet no one cares at all
