Vidya is literally the only industry where a corporation can push a button and take away your paid for product for reasons as petty as "An arbitrary amount of time has passed" and Ganker is the only board on the internet currently defending this.

Explain why, without sounding like a bootlicker.

You're already factually wrong, they didn't take away any paid products, they stopped selling it.

      > they didn't take away any paid products
Actually, my paid products came with online as a free component of the product. So they took away my paid products. You can literally not say otherwise.

You agreed to the terms the moment money left your wallet.

          >You agreed to the terms the moment money left your wallet.
Agreements don't work this way. In fact, EULA's are legally against the law. They're just baseless scare tactics like the stickers saying opening your computer case voids your warranty.

Legally against the law and yet no consequence ever comes of shutting shit down.

Nope. Because Vidya cucks are cucks. None of them stand up for their own rights. Other industries have had class action lawsuits against companies who try to pull the same shit like what's happening to Roku right now.

              Not Vidya though
Someone tries to stand up and everyone screams "Leave the billionaire companies alone"

Everything is temporary, man. People die, empires fall, stars burn out, everything ends. You've gotta stop being obsessed with preserving your games forever. It ain't gonna matter when you're dead.

This happens on bimonthly basis to streaming services and everyone accepted it.

Except Roku is getting sued right now because of this shit.
It's hard to believe it but TV Streaming normies have more backbone than Vidya cucks.

I don't even know what Roku is aside from being a smart TV brand that forced commercials onto its users, and that's only because someone made an off-topic thread on Ganker about it once. What I do know is that I see articles about Netflix and HBO removing content from their repertoire all the time and no-one makes a ruckus over it.

Roku is a smart TV AND a streaming service, except the Smart TV can only work with the streaming service. You can't just take it and use it elsewhere.

          Recently they tried the
          >own something
          >money stolen
Meme with $500 smart TVs by discontinuing their ability to use Roku online unless you agree with new ToS' which basically say "You can't do shit and this will become a giant paperweight in a few years time". And TV Chads actually stood up and said "No" and took it to court.

not that Vidya cucks would know what that's like.

Nintendogays are just sheep. Remember when Sony almost closed the ps3 vita stores and we told them to cut that shit out and they did? one day the Switch store will die sooner than it should and they will just sit back and take it.

They took away our property and we can't afford food that isn't processed garbage. They can't take what you have but they can change the landscape to make it obsolete or expensive to upkeep and impossible to maintain.
