There is a difference, but most unreal games still feature visuals on the same "generic Unreal" vein - low effort slop with shitty glossy assets and FX out the ass. You can tell there was minimum effort put into it, even if the assets are unique. I just used asset flips as a simple example that even someone as simple as you could understand.

NTA but the game is called Atlyss. It's an action RPG with a rather horny character creator. Not pornographic though. The dev is a weirdo who is clearly making his game with one hand under the table, but he occasionally has sudden outbursts of aspergers and gets mad at the horny shit and tries to reduce ass and breasts sliders and shit.
Keep in mind, this is a game where the first boss has an attack in which she shoots projectiles at you from her breasts.

Nuking a discord is semi-based. Only reason for semi- is because the only TRULY based thing would have been to not make a discord in the first place. Every build I've played has had that check box, and the ghost hand emote sounds familiar, but I don't know if it was ever actually implemented

No, voice lines barely take up any space. You must be thinking of uncompressed shit from the 90s. The entire WoW dialogue was like 1.8GB or something. A little indie game would probably not have more than 100MB.
And honestly hiring some nerds to read some lines doesn't take much time.
But for HD graphics I admit. There's little benefit for very sharp graphics that you can look at close given that 95% of the time you don't do that. HD stuff should only be used for character's faces, preferably only in cutscenes and during dialogue.
Special lighting effects however take up the least amount of space though admitedly they can easily crater the framerate. And they're usually just applied not developed in-house.
