RE5 is one of my favorite games of all time and the piss filter worked well for it. It was meant to depict a harsh sunny shitty shitheap. It's rare piss filters work well but in this case it was appropriate.
No, it's shit. However it's part of the actual art direction and not an afterthought so removing it or filtering over it is not a good idea because the assets were all made with it in mind. Removing the color grading does frick all if you don't replace the textures as well.
