In league you get few free champions and have to grind to unlock rest or pay like 10$ for one in game with 150 champions on top of it being also littered with cosmetics, to be fair the grind got easier with passing years but that didnt stop blizzard from releasing game with exactly the same monetary policy where you had to grind for like 2 weeks 8h a day to unlock most expensive heroes.

Remakes aren't about redoing games better. They're cash grabs of already successful games. There will never be a Dead Space 3 remake for example. Or with all the Resident Evil remakes, there will never be a Survivor or Dead Aim remake.
