The Gnorp Apologue is more of an incrementer than an idle game, but it's still nice.
I got all the celestial and now I'm bored and the few missing upgrades wills take weeks to unlock. Ascending and resetting is still fun, though.

Yeah I don't even get how anyone can play anything else in the genre or why no one has tried to make anything similar yet. I've tried cookie clicker, melvor, ngu, probably a bunch more so bad I don't even remember them and they are all boring shit with 0 depth in comparison.
Because kongregate sucks unless theres another option for running it.
NGU idle is the only one I could play for more than a year consistently, it also has an actual ending and goal

I liked that necromancer idle game made in the DIY idle kit that the Cookie Clicker dev made. Shame it seems to be completely dead and nobody's hosting it.

I literally can't remember, but it was fairly generic like 'necroclicker' or 'necromancer clicker' or something. It's been like a decade since so there's tons of shit with that sort of name now. Are there even games made with orteil's IGM anymore?
It was pretty rough, but I liked how you didn't actually wait for anything to build up but magical power (which could be restored in ways) but relied on sacking towns for body parts and magical materials to make more undead with.

Shit... I made that. I eventually got burned out on the project since I had never done any legitimate coding before, and apart from a couple people who tried it for maybe 15 minutes back when /igg/ was still a thing, I never really got any feedback on it, and ended up deleting the pastebin for the game back in 2016 I think. I would have never guessed anyone still remembered it.

I don't even know what to say, man. I'm honestly just pretty stunned. I didn't think anyone remembered the crappy little demo I created in an "engine" purely made for creating cookie clicker clones back in 2014 when I deleted the pastebin the game was linked to in 2016, much less today.

Progress knight quest was damn great.
Any good games with a well defined ending that have a sort of infinite new game plus feature? Earlier builds of PKQ had one before the real endgame was implemented. Something like a near-hard reset, but everything is boosted by 1.5x each time you beat the game until you're able to do what took weeks in seconds.
