Most people don’t have comp autism or want to have a legitimately challenging fight that requires specialized team building and strategy (beyond the broad strokes the main series gives like “Double Battle” or “Weather”) they just want gym leaders and trainers to have “cool” teams. When people complain about Maxie and Archie having bad teams, most don’t care about IVs and aren’t talking about their members’ abilities or held items, they just mean it would be cooler if Maxie’s team was like Charizard, Claydol, Golem, Magcargo, Flygon, Camerupt. If you want to do a fixed team that appeases the masses, do shit like that. I can’t even tell what OP changed from the real team because I don’t have autism and it looks the same to me. Did any team members change or is it just a moveset change?
I wouldn't replace any Pokemon (yes especially common targets almost all of Diantha's team). Only thing is do is change their movesets and abilities (where possible).
Take pic-related for example. The right is my proposed change for Diantha's Aurorus.
Since the E4 use the same types as the Titans (minus Rock), Geeta's team should mirror the Team Star admins + Glimmora >Glimmora >Armarouge/Celuredge >Dragalge >Hatterene >Annihilape >Kingambit
Making them too "competetive" or generally out of line difficulty wise, or putting Pokemon on the team that don't fit the theme.
