I've been having fun with it. I play exclusively Unlimited, and have a Whirlwind Rhinoceroach Forest deck, a Handless Blood deck, a Burial Rite Shadow deck, and a Puppet Portal deck.
Yugioh is still the best unfortunately. MTG makes your cards unplayable after the format rotates (also the land system is dumb and makes the game painfully slow), Hearthstone is as bad as ever with Blizzard's way of balancing things and extremely p2w and runeterra is dead.
Legends of Runeterra is pretty fun
I pretty much just play the PvE game mode
haven't seen another player for over a year so I can't really tell if the game is dead or cancerous or whatever
still getting updates and new shit so thats a good sign
It's not really P2W you get a shitton of currency to make yourself 2 competitive decks. The problem is that the format fricking sucks, and Konami doesn't seem to really care about the game all that much, there are plenty of bots and cheaters with autowins as well.
It isn't pay to win. You can make about any deck you want relatively fast. You can use money to get some premium shit faster. But overall the game gives you enough coins to get what you really want.
It's literally the most f2p friendly digital card game on the market right now, which is pretty incredible, considering how obnoxiously p2w duel links is.
I've been playing a couple of games on like 4-5 out of 7 days a week since release, and I have 17 competitive decks.
If I'm playing PKs, that graveyard on my side looks pretty tall. Depending on what's in there, I could bait those negates she's telegraphing and push through for OTK.
