Can't really give my full opinion on the multiplayer until i play BTB and the other modes BUT so far heres how I feel >Gunplay feels snappy and responsive, as you would expect from a triple A shooter in 2021 >The movement is interesting, sprint and slides are there for the zoomers who liked Halo 5 but at the same time you can really just not use them and play like an OG Halo fan and compete just as well as anyone else. This to me is a good way to keep both new and old fans happy and its cool >The maps (at least the ones they've shown in the las 2 betas) are a little frickin lame, they feel too open with not a lot of interesting level design decisions. Hopefully the other maps that are in the full game are better than the 2 in the beta, but if not Forge can solve this. >I feel like the equipment is a cool concept but I never even pick anything up. The grappling hook is cool but it never spawns on either of the maps so I hope its around more when BTB drops next week >I feel like they ruined the few Covenant weapons that are on the maps. The plasma gun and needler suck shit and the Carbine is decent >Customization/XP/Battle Pass and shit doesn't really bother me that much because what fricking game doesn't have a battle pass these days. It's moronic but its not enough for me to really complain about it
I need to play more of the other maps and other modes for me to really cement my opinion but right now its just okay. The guns are fun to use and the new ones are pretty cool. As per usual I'm looking forward more to the campaign more than the multiplayer

Physics are fricked
No team kill turns every fight into a grenade spam, which is even worse because grenades are really powerful
Having both the announcer and the Destiny Ghost ripoff is super redundant, I know you can turn it off but still
Music is weird
The weapons feel meh to me, the commando one is moronic and belongs in CoD
The core gameplay seems decent, which sucks because everything built on top of it is bad
While playing my brain is never thinking "this is Halo," the presentation of the universe is off imo

This is really annoying, I dominate when I just walk normal speed with the AR, I pretty much use no other weapons
