I think the devs are greedy and the $80 "supporter" DLC which the latest updates are locked behind is something I'd expect from a big publisher like Activision, not some indie devs.

      >complaining that you need to pay to be a beta tester
Why would you want that? Just wait for the release.

everyone is already paying to be a beta tester
        it's fricking called early access
keep being okay with shitty practices though, moron

          >adhd zoomer must get every single update a month early because he can't wait
I bet you are one of those mentally ill zoomers who play new games only a week after release and then immediately drop them as soon as your social cancer circle stops talking about it.

this is why we have diablo immortal and lootboxes
          >get used to it bro its just a little bit shittier then before and the next game will be even more shittier but get used to it until the game that comes out is literally bf2042 and similar unplayable games but get used to it bro ..........

Then you're naive. Indie devs are master scammers with shit like kickstarters and early access. Anyone who falls for that shit because "Big corpo bad, small creator good" should get shot.

the difference is there are at least occasional good indie devs that aren't greedy/scummy
you can't say that about AAA companies, every single one is always trying to come up with new ways to screw us over and make a quick buck

Good game if you have friends to play with. The AI needs a lot of tweaking though. I almost never buy early access crap, but I honestly feel like I've already got my money's worth with this game.

The newest maps are cool, but it feels like maybe they're trying just a little too hard to recreate that wonderful environmental design that SWAT 4 had. The nightclub has what feels like a ridiculous amount of dead bodies, and the Epstein house is similarly a little overbearing with the creepiness. Or maybe not, idk.

It shows promise, but frick early access, never buy an unfinished product.

Felt like a complete game, just lacking content. Then the latest update just added a bunch of bugs and made the loadout UI incredibly shittier.

Anyone who pays for early access is an irredeemable moron.

Best thing this game does is sfx for being shot at. Few games get so scary. The levels are also kinda cool but will reserve judgement until/if they release a school/shopping mall/airport map.

Not a fan of the supporter edition getting access to patches early.
But that aside it's a really enjoyable game and surprisingly polished and mechanically rich for an Early Access game.
