Asking if the dance in particular runs at 60 already means you have no idea what you're talking about. If the game refreshes at a 60fps interval, it doesn't matter how many frames of animation the dance has per second.
Do you look at a fighting game move and see 2 frames of animation before it goes active and go "Well obviously it's 2f startup!"

Lately I've been into Hitoshi Sakamoto, as he has some melodies that are just pure ear-kino. I don't really respect most of the Nintendo composers anymore after becoming an adult. They're not artists, their music is bing bing wahoo baby shit without substance. They really lack originality as well, like the Kirby composers just recycling shit for 30 years. I think Koji Kondo is the most overrated fricker who ever lived. Uematsu is so much better than him it's actually insane. Square losing him was the death of FF.
I think all the nip orchestral composers are peak soullessness, like chinks playing bach on violin, but the more simple shit like 8 bit tunes or koji kondo is nice.
Best vidya composer just for a consistent body of work that stays at a certain threshold for almost every game they worked on, Jeremy SOVL and Jesper Kyd. They literally never missed.

Picrelated (at least his more recent works) is the biggest offender. I could never understand people praising Automata's OST, it's a peak slop music.
His work on Tekken was good though.
