I do portrait photography & editing. Phone apps are crazy these days and are almost at the point where they'll work perfectly even on video. There's a few apps where it'll apply your makeup and even work if you cover half your face or something like that. None of these e-girls in these photos look remotely like this in real life. Whatever level you could comfortably kill Mohg at. Preview event characters were at 150 but had bad builds(50 vigor instead of the best softcap at 60). So 100+ with weapons +20-+25 or +8-+10 somber.
Matchmaking includes weapon upgrade so that probably won't help with finding people for Radahn. You'd want like +10-+12(or +4-+5 somber) since those are found in the area and roughly in that matchmaking range(on the lower side even).

Open the map and look for the npcs, go there and talk to them.

So is the Radagon Sword going to completely trivialize all of the dlc except bosses? Using that thing in base game can clear entire sections of the overworld effortlessly I can see it plowing through the open world zones of the dlc.

Whatever level you could comfortably kill Mohg at. Preview event characters were at 150 but had bad builds(50 vigor instead of the best softcap at 60). So 100+ with weapons +20-+25 or +8-+10 somber.
I'm going to try to go level 64 so I csn still co-op at Radhan festival.

Matchmaking includes weapon upgrade so that probably won't help with finding people for Radahn. You'd want like +10-+12(or +4-+5 somber) since those are found in the area and roughly in that matchmaking range(on the lower side even).
People look at their level in this game? It's literally a pointless number, the only important one is how many souls you need for the next one.
