Unless it's one of those zoomers with sensory processing disorder or some shit, in which they will find simple interiors to be the most relaxing thing in the world and will stare at it for hours on end.
There's so little going on in these empty, simple, motionless environments that a zoomer's overstimulated brain will create its own stimuli in the form of LE SHADOW MAN or some other bullshit.
zoomers grew up with source engine games though
right?
Half-Life 2 didn't bother me because it's a story driven game with things going on in it but gm_construct's dark room fricked with my head. Same with Minecraft when le spoopy ambience played and my render distance was close to 0 so it was full of fog.

So basically schizophrenia?
Everyone's brain is capable of getting a little bit too creative with itself. Sensory deprivation tanks are a thing. It's just that the threshold for sensory deprivation for zoomers is much lower than a normal person's. It's not literal hallucinations, just imaginations going wild in weird directions. It probably didn't help that I was also on deliriant allergy meds.
>threshold for sensory deprivation for zoomers is much lower >just imaginations going wild in weird directions
Ah yes, I am quite familiar with this. But surely most other zoomers would be capable of compensating by just spacing out and thinking about something else instead, like scheming for example?
>surely most other zoomers would be capable of compensating by just spacing out and thinking about something else instead
I think that was the case for the majority. That or they were raised without over-stimulating their brains. I don't remember many kids being into creepypastas and stuff like that.
i just get a sense of melancholy from them when i see them empty. i'm used to them being full of kleiners micspamming or terrorists in parkas bhopping and shooting barrels into doorways to hold off zombies micspamming. just seeing those source hallways and brutalist architecture makes me miss what we had
Being a zoomer

Zoomers can't handle anything being still. An empty room is the scariest shit ever to them.

I think you're talking out of your ass, yeah
How's that creepy?
Bro... Its an empty hallway!
OH MY GOD! CALL Black personMAN NOW
HE'S ALREADY CALLING US

Most source games are creepy
Things that are older than you can scare you because they’re familiar yet different.
oh my god...
is that... an empty room?

It's textures and lighting.
