Brazilian here, can confirm. Played Bully and all the GTA games on the PS2, all my school friends did too. Genesis being the "Brazilian console" is a meme, it was the PS2. Everyone and their mother had a PS2 in the early 2000s.

It's not unplayable. There's just some sections that you'll have to switch to 30FPS for. That said, the frame pacing is pretty decent, so if you want to have a 100% hassle-free playthrough, you can just play with your FPS capped at 30.

Is this game even playable on PC these days? I pirated it like a year ago but it seemed like lots of the animations were tied to framerate and there was also no framerate cap so the whole game was like 2x speed
