    >everyone else is making shit games
    >we should make shit games too
seems to be the current mindset in a lot of studios

I have no idea. Remember when they were teasing it like 4 years ago and everyone thought that it was going to be a sequel to Arkham Origins?
I have no idea why they didn't implement freeflow combat. It should be a requirement for every 3D Batman game to have it.

it plays like a game that was supposed to be live service but then mid development they decided to make it not live service

There's pieces of shit like ET, Dr Jekyll, Action 52, Plumbers Don't Wear Ties, Shaq Fu, Superman on N64, etc., but this is clearly one of those pieces of shit

What is up with all the rpg elements? I was expecting an action game but got some weird ass hybrid. And what's up with bat women's bike? It just materializes out of nowhere. Barely any physics either. It controls like a brick.

      >What is up with all the rpg elements?
It was supposed to be a mobile live service game (noticeable by the big button UI and the bright rarity colours) then in the middle of development they made it single player on console/PC

At this point I'm just in it for the porn and softcore imagery. I still like batman in general, but not because I like the canon universe.

Yeah, I pretty much discovered that with this game. If that's going to be the norm then it's just whatever. Might mean I just need to get away from all superhero fiction. I'm defiantly a fan of heroic archetype, but if I can't find it here then I gotta look elsewhere.
