>Re-using bosses in random places >Foilage and environment is not high quality graphics but instead copy pasta dull graphics >Weapons don't break or need repairing >Easy mode
Why should anyone play this
i understand your disdain for the feature, because it can suck ass, but i also don't think it's that bad. i dunno if this is a hot take, and i'm not typically a DS2 defender, but i think that game actually handled weapon durability in a somewhat interesting way - the low durability of everything added to the risk/reward situation that the player had to consider in a similar way to being low on estus. it also encouraged trying out new weapons if you find yourself in too deep and your shit breaks, without permanently losing your previous weapons.
>Have no trouble with Red Wolf in closed rooms like in Raya Lucaria or Gelmir Hero's Grave >Get absolutely fricking bodied by the regular enemy version that shows up in open fields
>Raya Lucaria >Damn, turns out Radagon had a pet wolf and taught it magic >Did he leave it with his ex-wife to protect her or something? >Nope turns out it's just a rare wolf you could find basically anywhere
Still confused on why they decided to put a more developed version of this boss inside some random mine from the snowfield. Not even a great enemy felled when you beat it too. I found this version before the one in Ranni’s quest too which sorta ruined what should’ve been a cool fight
>play bloodborne dungeon >still decent opinion of the game >fight rad dragon's favorite good boy >see a copy of it it on a hill like an hour later
And that's when I knew
>use endure >stand still and out trade giant red wolf as mini wolves circle me in fear >feels like a regular enemy with slightly more HP and cooler moves because thats kinda what it is
heh
People who complain about copy pasted enemies in elden ring are morons. The game has more unique enemies than just about any other action rpg. If you dont like fighting stuff then why are you playing the game at all? if you do like fighting stuff then you wont mind fighting the same enemy again an hour later.
Can you do it better?
