Yeah, the game came out with a ton of DLC and season passes, and wouldn't you know it, it's one of those games where Season Passes don't give you every DLC so you have to spend extra money to get everything.

These threads actually inspired me to go look on the internet for my favorite Hot Wheels car that I had as a kid. Really had nothing to go off of other than what I vaguely remembered it looking like and the year it was probably made, surprisingly I actually fricking found the thing after scouring some Hot Wheels wiki that had every car ever made in it.

i only played stunt track driver and turbo racing before this. it hits very few of those notes. driving feels okaaaay. boost mechanic feels pretty gud. a lot of tracks feel bullshit such as magnet surface isnt strong enough to keep you from flying off if you boost over a crest, the bullshit spider web hazard. track variety kinda sucks. they all are closed off indoor rooms. even though 2 of the environments are technically open air they dont feel like it at all. music is dogshit basically 3 different 10 minute generic electronic music loops. unlocking cars is SOULLESS AND CRINGE refreshing storefront every 4hrs and lootboxes(will inevitably become micro transactions) compared to the SOVL of turbo racing hidden in tracks mystery cars. car stats suck. renders at least 3/4 cars useless if you have even 1 car with decent stats right from the start. i basically beat the game with 4 different cars. i only picked other worse ones on non time trial normal races i knew i could handicap myself on for the sake of variety. livery editor seems ok and cool except it requires you to upload the design then download it again locally just to use it(no fun allowed even if only you will see it). track editor seems decent but i didnt make one myself yet. doesn't seem worth the price. might actually be less worth later if they go full israelite on dlc/micro transactions like it seems they will. i yoinked. would only consider as something to maybe get my normalgays friends to play a race'an game with me for cheap.
Nothing. The early access launch was a shit fest and the players are realizing how empty it is regarding to features. On top of that, they expect you to grind to death for coins so you can spend them in an overpriced loot box and get the same car for the eleventh time.
Haven't seen any sign of anti-cheat programs myself. My guess is that there's none and Milestone will have to address it once the floodgates open and the first fricker figures out how to lag switch.

It's loading placeholder DLC files, remove anything that isn't actually out from the .ini
