This starts the later portion of the story where the other girl you had to dump in order to go for Aoi goes full Yandere on (you), the player, because if you don't choose her she's bound to be forever alone as this VN only has the ending where she and the MC get together and she literally can't find love if the player doesn't choose her.
It's a meta narrative game that comments on the nature of fictional characters and what they are beyond the story of their games (i.e. If your waifu was "real" you'd be watching her have sex with someone else who isn't you, the male MC of the game) , and the selfishness of the player as the one who decides their fate.
