skating is dead
surfing is dead
rollerskating is also dead
zoomers would rather post on facebook
I have a wife I box
is ur wife single
please have sex with her in front of me
Rollerskating is dead, but Skateboarding and Surfing are still plenty popular. Skateboarding especially has been making a strong comeback now that it got turned into a recognized Olympic sport.
I do miss when the X Games were at their peak popularity, but at least that's still humming along.
is this a maido-nollie big spin?
She pops the back end and you can see a flip in there so a [switch] big flip, badly animated.
>badly animated
eh it's not that bad but she floats in the air while the skateboard and the other maid are moving so it kinda looks like they fricked it up there
me on the left
Skateboard Maids is niche as hell but I love it
I watched the xgames last summer and it was dismal. No crowd i guess because they didn't want to rent a venue/set up stands. Awful new scoring system that has no score and competitors are ranked on judge whim. Horrible.
Do gays even skate anymore? I've only seen a single person skateboards and funny enough if was some girl hauling ass on a longboard.
was that the one time you went outside? where the frick do you live man? and are you in preschool?
East Coast. I'm an adult and I work every day. You in highschool still?
East coast of where? Zimbabwe?
What a gay and anemic response. You are in highschool.
Do you realise tons of places have an east coast you moron?
Americans don't know there's other places besides America. Lucky, they're easy to tardhandle.
If a location request is answered with something extremely vague or non-specific, just append ", USA" and you'll usually be right.
But wouldn't that make your average American extremely self centered and egotistical
Correct!
literally dunno how the frick that's possible that you went through life without seeing people skating around. i've seen random people skating all the time ever since I was born so frick this that's not even possible.
You are fricking moronic my man. Skateboarding is alive and zoomzooms are pulling crazy stunts every day.
things are only as dead as you let them be
RIDE OR DIE
they are dead or alive xtreme
the 90s and early 2000s "cool" vibe died off
They are more alive than ever but real skaters for example prefer simulation games.
Session: Skate Sim and Skater XL are very popular.
the coolness factor wore off, but you can kind of see the spirit of the 90s died really suddenly in 2010, and since then it's just been a nonstop shitfest of insane consoomerism, i don't mean like they keep making goyslop (they do) but the narrative shifted from defeating the hook-nosed ceos to becoming the hook-nosed ceos
you couldn't make a Tony Hawk's Underground today, like 70% of the people on Ganker are bootlickers it'd go right over their heads
idk, maybe skateboards are just gay
i had fun, my shins didnt
I will single-handedly keep the spirit of the 2000s alive
SO HERE I AM
Is there any chance of it being good?
>devolver
>stupid artstyle
>le art game

EA used to make good games
Reminisce Reminisce
look up thug pro
soulless
Tony Hawk and SSX should not be tied to the popularity of the real life sports of skateboarding and snowboarding.
They're masterpieces of the video game medium in their own right. Activision and EA, being two thirds of the video game great satan (the final third being Ubisoft of course), will never realize this. They do not think in terms outside of cashgrabs.
peole are actually out doing the sports, these games transfernpoorly to videogame.media
for me its skiing and surfing
both of which are underwhelming to play games of but absolutely amazing experiences irl
You fundamentally do not understand the appeal of Tony Hawk and SSX if you think they're a mere imitation of sports
Try again but this time have better video game appreciation skills
oh ok bruv I'll just go skiing in fricking coastal Queensland
No one cares about them anymore.
Cool maid by the way.
I remember playing "later" entries of THPS(Past PS2) and they tried to have some story etc. rather than just skating around and doing fun cool stuff.
Like having a story ain't bad, but I don't wanna listen to some random "man we gonna go so far and become legends" etc. With betrayal arcs and shit.
Making custom missions was fun on own maps tho. Especially S-K-A-T-E or C-O-M-B-O letters
THUG was the peak of the series, you just have shit taste.
Wow
Rood
They aren't bad games, but I don't care about story focus etc. in sports games that much unless it is God-tier.
I just wanna do fun tricks and such. And explore the maps
thug was fricking amazing... man Ganker has some real pieces of work
>like cruising on my skateboard
>complete pussy when it comes to tricks, can barely ollie on a boardwalk
Shame cause it feels amazing to ride down a hill
skate 4 being a free to play game has me worried as shit that ea will frick it up
keep practicing man im too scared to even stand on a skateboard
riding down a hill is way more dangerous than doing a trick (unless you land right on your nutsack like this one kid did when we were kids and ripped his ballsack open)

the frick is this?
some poor soul
ACK!
What was the last good snowboarding game? Or just winter sports game in general even. I'm thinking SSX 3 but that can't be it.
>enjoy cycling
>fricking hate maintenance and punctures and all that shit
Is there something like cycling but not cringe and not tedious to maintain?
running. oh right...
I mean yeah everyone runs and walks
I was thinking to get into rollerblading as a replacement
rollerblading is the most dead shit mentioned in this thread yet. years ago I couldn't even find a pair of rollerblades around me and had to drive 3 hours somewhere to get them.
that's what makes it based
i'm going to rollerblade while listening to mineral then go home and watch zeta on my CRT
btw thug pro actually has tons of players at any time of day, it's never dead online. even right now at 3:30 AM for me I could hop on and there will be multiple games up with people in them. so not dead at all and I would even say it's extremely popular.
its sovlless
why though? I mean yeah I want another game with goals and levels to get through and beat but it's a good multiplayer game.
just is, simple as
