In game economy is extremely fricking broken, it should have some sort of drawback like only being able to have 999 dollars at a time, item prices being super weird only for you or something like that

read it again, anything you use commerce in you will have normal rates, this literally only applies to passive payments, wanna buy a PS5? Frick you pay the tax.

You're fricking dumb if you dont pick "In-game Economy". Life revolves around money. Free from anything I don't buy at a store? Well frick me, gym memberships and personal trainers are then free, which essentially makes the Stamina Bar and Health Bar near worthless.
Why would anyone ever need Inventory unless you're homeless? and with the limit being your own bodyweight? Double Jump would be fun but pretty much useless for anything, and while Save State could be useful, the fact you can do it once a year negates any real usefulness outside of maybe reliving an important day?
I may be an autist for thinking too much into this, but you're a fricking moron if you dont pick In-game Economy.

Could you not just double your lifespan by using the save state to restart each year--and then just invest in stocks that you know will go up to become a billionaire? Seems like the best option if not just for the lifetime increase alone.

Either Save State or In-game Economy - depends how Save State works
It doesn't work with lotteries but does it work with bets? Does it work with stocks? Does it work with crypto?

I guess "safe" bets with limited outcomes and factors would work. Like a horse race; only one out of a dozen horses needs to win. Bets and investments that are really unlikely to happen and therefore the most profitable would be unlikely to happen again.

the other choices need to be buffed so in game economy isn't so broken. Save state should be multi use per year and if you are killed you automatically go back to the newest one but erase it in doing so.

These all sound like fricking shit except the last one. What kind of moron made this?

    >all these people choosing In-game economy over fricking superhuman and time travel abilities

You still have to have a job to get the most out of that. If you're outside the banking and debt system, you can't invest. At most you can find an item and sell it at some shop for less of it's buying price. You'll still have to spend YEARS becoming rich.
Fricking Save State lets you do whatever you want so long as you can get back to your bed. Health Bar will let your survive a gunshot or a fatal disease so long as you have a hot dog in your pocket. Get fit and Stamina Bar would make you the greatest marathon runner/soldier/explorer of all human history. In-game Economy will ensure you're never close to the 1%.

Buy another bed. The "your bed" is not the bed you had when you obtained the power, it's what you consider to be "your bed", as in the bed you normally sleep in.

"Double Jump" only affecting your body and clothes would likely mean doing what it describes is still fatal. Holding a rifle, backpack or other objects with non-negligible weight? You cancel your momenum but those objects are still falling at terminal velocity and attached to you.

Even without the lottery numbers, a save state would allow to predict economic trends, tech evolution and even shit like the chink flu.
With it you'd get rich no matter what if you use your brain (i.e. load a save and buy a bunch of ETH before it boomed) or, since you retain memories, replay a year on end until you're basically a genius at any chosen field.

yeah but if you get in a car crash or die before you can load it's over.

Save state is tempting, but I’m going in game economy. Double jump is a meme, backpack is cool but I don’t need it, and the stamina/health are nerfed by my current DYEL state. I just moved out so fricking paying rent, especially with how the current economy is.

Economy seems like the logical choice, but Inventory and Double Jump seem to be FAR and away more entertaining.

I’ve fricked up my own life so bad that a save state is the only thing that could save me

    Probably in-game economy.

Stamina & health bar are pretty much identical, except you live 10 years longer and your fitness is frozen without aging compared to the health bar. Unless you're in a job or place where you are frequently getting hurt, stamina seems the much better option.

Save State honestly would be great except for two fatal drawbacks: 1.) can only save once a year and 2.) you can only load from the same bed.

With those two drawbacks, it's pretty useless. Unless you have a really fun day you want to relive over and over again, you're going to get almost no use out of it. How crappy would it be to save in January, then sometime in October something major happens that you really want to avoid. You would have to reload from January and relive all those months again to be able to get use out of it for one moment. Which mean, unless you are wealthy or retired, you'd have to relive all those crappy days at work again if you're doing a menial job. That sounds like a nightmare.

Worse yet, you wanted to try do something like break the law for "fun," you run a huge risk. If you get arrested, you cannot reload because you have to load from the same bed you saved at. Unless you can get some portable sleeping bag or some such as your save point "bed" that you can take with you.

Honestly, the best use I can think of would be: save, watch the stock market, load, invest everything into whatever just went up and then sell it to make a lot of money. But if you're going to do that, you might as well just go with the in-game economy option.
