If they mean have a save file with 100% written on it, it's very feasible in one playtrough <10h because the game tells you how much left there is in an area and which rooms have a secret compared to older games.
If they mean 100% completion (all unlockables) then no.
Dread is tied with Super as my favorite Metroid game, but based on this you'll probably enjoy Kirby more.
[...] > You can 100% it in about 10 hours
doubt it, at least not the average person. not even the average Metroid fan.
But maybe I'm mixing up 10 and 20 (I remember being under a digit in my playtrough)

nta but for me it was >5ish hours for the casual run where you pick up all the collectibles >3 1/2 hours for the 'get all the pictures on normal time' run >3 1/2 hours for the 'get all the pictures on hard time' run
So it'd more generous to say it takes about 13-14 hours The Dread mode update added 7 hours for me though.

Tell me your top 5 games and I will judge which one you will probably enjoy more
hmmm maybe Yoshi's Island, Goldeneye, Pokemon Blue, San andreas, Cod4
Yoshi's Island yours favorite? You will most definitely enjoy Kirby then
In that case, Kirby seems best fit.
Dread is fantastic too. You can't go wrong with either game.

They are both good games, play Kirby if you like easier games and play Metroid if you want something with a little more challenge.
mario rabbids
Play metroid if you enjoy bulllshit mechanics like invisible walls

Metroid. You can 100% it in about 10 hours. Kirby takes substantially longer than that to 100%.
Why the frick would you buy a game you can 100% in 10 fricking hours?
It's fun as frick
because you get a better experience in those 10 hours than slogging through a 60 hour bloated piece of shit
>can 100% it in about 10 hours
I'm tired of speedrunner meme. It took me 20 hours on normal just to play through not counting failed attempts

Play both. We know you have nothing better to do. You're sitting here waiting for replies.
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, it's like playing both at the same time.
both
Not wanting to play Dread because of the stupid robots, Kirby was too easy as usual, but I had fun and hope for a better next game.
Metroid, then Kirby, and then Metroid again in a higher difficulty or going for a faster clear time.
since they are both like 3 hour games i guess u could play both
just flip a coin best 3 out of 5
heads - troid
tails - kirb
