Florges is RU (base speed 75).
Eternal Floette is faster (base speed 92).
Its signature move Light of Ruin is powerful at 140 BP and gets Fairy STAB.
However, it has massive recoil (Floette takes Half the damage it inflicts) and it ends up killing Floette if it uses it once or twice.

Eternal flower floette can only have flower veil, which is a bizarre ability, seemingly good on paper but shit in practice, even in doubles.
The thing is, floette DOES technically learn camouflage, so with grassy terrain support you could have it use its ability, but then it would lose STAB on LoR. Not worth the effort at all.

If it can hold eviolite, OU, otherwise UU. It's a florges that trades SpD for more SpA and speed, with a headsmash-like STAB move unique to it.
But it can't really evolve and it's kind of a separate entity from other floette in code, so I don't think eviolite would work on it. Without it, it's a slightly higher-end fairy that slowly kills itself to click a powerful move a few times. Doesn't have u-turn or recover, must rely on the same tools as florges for the most part, without the eviolite boost it'll die fast. Scarf or specs sets would be powerful but not meta-defining I feel, so UU.
