Quake 1 physics isn't their fault, all kex does is console and game controller wrapping.
The game uses OG Netquake per Fricking Sponge and SyncError's choice, and everyone got used with quakespasm/joequake and quakeworld physics
i dare see people playing Q1 under original pre QW winquake build
Quakea 2 on the other hand is damn good, and they are doing the same shit at it by stalling updates.
If you want to blame someone, blame Sponge and Adam "SyncError" pyle
Quakeworld changed the physics and movement and it is what source codes uses it these days
search on google netquake vs quakeworld it will show the differences of it
Pixel Remasters are OK, 5th gen remasters are terrible. 6th/7th gen remasters if they were done during 8th gen are good. FFX is a bad remaster. FFXII is good. Last Remnant is better on PS4 than PC.
Nintendo when they don't outsource
Did they outsource Super Mario All-Stars for SNES? Because they botched those games.
mario 3 with saves, nuff said
There was no need for saves when the warp whistle is already in the game.
Retro videogames?
Dude, Nightdive dosen't even do good remasters. Try getting your info from somwhere other than thier marketing team.
They made Turok 1-3 actually playable.
Turok are actually the only good ones they did, that and Shadow man. Everything else had issues.
They got the physics wrong in Quake. Blood was shit and still has issues (not really their fault). Doom64 has issues I cant remember.

Ah, this I didn't know. Didn't realize the source ports changed the physics.
I like the Q2 QOL changes they did like giving muzzle fire to weapons and faster weapon switch, mini gun speed up is nice also.

>Quake
>Blood
>Doom64
All playable, start to finish.
playable doesnt mean good homosexual
But they are good.
Powerslave and Doom 64 were big improvements
the only terrible remaster they did was the blade runner one, and blood but because atari pulled out
the strife one is pretty good
absolutely do not buy the kingpin one
Dotemu
M2, all their Sega Ages arcade ports on digital storefronts are essential.
i love nightdrive
>implying
Quake 2 Remastered is the breasts
Also, the first OG remaster was EA when they released Wing Commander Kilrathi Saga
M2
Nightdive's track record is mixed. I liked the Doom 64 one.
The only good remaster they made was Shadowman. Made any other version obsolete.
Square Enix?
8th gen remasters all have been good other than a few publishers. Konami, Take Two
Aside from their modern shitty remakes of their SNES games, are their PS1 remasters any good?
No and 7 and 8 aren't even PSX remasters, they are based on the inferior PC ports.
I should have been more specific, are their SaGa remasters (Frontier and Minstrel Song) any good?
Pixel Remasters are OK, 5th gen remasters are terrible. 6th/7th gen remasters if they were done during 8th gen are good. FFX is a bad remaster. FFXII is good. Last Remnant is better on PS4 than PC.
>posting nightdive on /vr/
Thread suicide.
Play Turok 2 on an N64 and then play the remaster and tell me Nightdive didn't drastically improve it.
What do these Black folk even do outside of ruin every old game they touch?
