It has a CPU, it's running off a custom Android rom. It's very weak though, this is more like an 8bit era emulation device.
Don't bother, it's an android tablet that only streams PS5 games. You're not gonna get any mileage out of this compared to a retroid or miyoo

why the frick would anyone get this over a steam deck? you can stream PS5 to Steam Deck easily already on top of everything else

Those cheap ones don't have a good read speed. Maybe a few years from now they'll be cheaper but even the PS5 now accepts multi-TB drives up to 8TB. The Deck is limited in that regard since you can't install a cooling system while in the ps5 you can.
NTA, but he's right. You can get the corsair MP600 mini 1TB, which fits in the steam deck, for $90 on amazon.

My phone and tablets have Bluetooth? Literally just connect your PS5 controller to your tablet using Bluetooth and play in bed. You don't need to spend $200 on a Wii u tablet when a shitty $50 Amazon tablet is more than good enough
