>Whole combat system revolves around long attack strings where you constantly cancel in and out to dodge attacks until you reach the last powerful hit at the end
Its just not very fun. Especially when some combos are so much better than others.

spectacle fighter is the action genre equivalent superhero movies. braindead shit for children
No, thats soulslikes
They’d sell much better if that was true
>some combos are so much better than others
this is false
Thats not the extent of the combat system but you wouldnt know
>Especially when some combos are so much better than others.
Yep, the basics like YYYB or YYYYB or YYBB
You're really going to skip over the goat YBY
Yall really skipping over the absolutely broken back forward input Y or B
for me its kkk
>You can't dodge infinitely unless you play as Jeanne
>Good combos take longer time to execute
>Meaning it's sometimes better to use shorter and less powerful combos
It's indeed balanced
Well, I disagree, it's fun to me. What now, nerd?
Wish they made Balder playable in campaign in bayo2 bros
tag is literally every single fight in the game with some being even more than the base game had.

>Bayonetta 2’s Second Anniversary
Well, wait, that's why. Should of released this when the game came out.
You do know this info was in miiverse as well right? you DID use miiverse right? That shit was hands down better than any forum since you had to play a game to chat
>Half the enemies can't be launched
>But they're still fast as frick and come in packs
>Most of your combos are useless because they take too long to get to the only moves that matter
>Dodge offset exacerbates that issue
DMC has difficulty issues since a lot of enemies are just ragdolls to dunk on, but at least that's fricking fun. Doing the same canned strings over and over again doesn't feel stylish or fun.
Obviously, I'm not good at the game, but that's just what I think.
>DMC has difficulty issues since a lot of enemies are just ragdolls to dunk on
>implying bayo's enemies are different since you can render 95% of enemy roster into punching bags in 3 difficulties
Anon...
>muh nsic

game between the bayos is genji: days of the blade
The only fun way to play these kinds of games is on the easiest difficulty and mashing buttons.
