Wait a minute. Why does this DLC, that adds 3 LL to existing factions and like 11 new units cost as much as the Chaos Dwarf DLC that adds an entire new faction with its own unique mechanics for IE and ROC?
What am I missing? Did they mess up the price? Didn't these LL packs used to cost less than full faction DLCs?
every LL in this DLC has unique mechanics on the level of chaos dwarves.

If you go into that thread it's basically filled with people saying they'll buy it to spite OP. People have been conditioned by companies into worshippers and to stand against a company is blasphemy.
That said, given that prior DLC was typically #1 seller on Steam for about a week, it is not selling as well. CA will probably drop future DLC to $20 so they can both raise the price from WH2 days and get dumbasses praising them for "listening."

I fully expect them to price the remaining 2 lord packs at 25$ each and then put the game into official maintenance mode, aka just move the entire team over to the next project and abandon Warhammer. Not like they're fixing anything now anyway.

That is absolutely not the case anymore. They've mismanaged the entire thing so hard that sales are terrible for WH3 compared to WH2. And their other big project is fricking Hyenas, there is no chance in hell that piece of shit doesn't die instantly and waste millions.
Right now WH3 is being maintained by a skeleton crew of about 20 people out of which maybe 3 have any clue what the frick they're doing, the rest are just pumping out like 4 new units/6 months for the upcoming DLC.
