Mass Effect 1 got the most love and the least needed changes for mods. ME2's lighting is the main issue, although I noticed there's an audio bug with Tali's final romance scene. ME3 was always a glitchy mess so it's hard to know which ones were added to it. It was already a bright game unless ME2 so the lighting isn't bad there.
