April has always been known as Abril in LatAm, literal translation of her name (Abril is a real name and month too in Spanish) but the english nicknames like "Mikey" began getting used since the CGI cartoon dub for whatever reason. In prior Turtle media translated for LatAm, Mikey was always called by his full name "Miguel Ángel", and it isn't until now they use the anglicized nicknames of "Donnie" and "Mikey".
