this game's concept as been in the oven at varying degrees since the early gamecube era
there's like, 5 or 6 cancelled 3d kirby games we will never be able to play ç_ç
This one was playable at Toys “R” Us in germany but there is no info about it anywhere. Maybe it was a diffrent one but i found this picture back when i searched for the game because i had memorys of playing an isometric kirby on the gamecube game kiosk there and it looked exactly like it.
It doesn't. And Mario Odyssey sucked anyways. Boring! Mario 3D world was the last great Mario game, especially so with Bowsers Fury but it was a much better game even without that.
Kirby looks like a day 1 buy. I sold my Mario Odyssey cart to a co worker for like 20 bucks.
>minimum requirements
bloodborne is widely praised as one of the best games ever and it barely reaches 30 fps once a year
ocarina of time is still hailed as the best nintendo game ever and it runs at a silky smooth 24fps
nobody cares about your gpu fetish. eat shit.

>Nah, DS1 is on higher rank than BB and people complain about both games running terribly (thing is at least DS has a PC version >This guy has to go back 20+ years, he wasn't even born when it came out. He has no idea what it felt to play that game at the time
Resolution and frame rate definitely matter. You were just born in an era where there are diminished returns

what kind of diminishing returns did i have to deal with in 93 exactly?

The diminished returns are seen now, idiot. And graphics mattered so much back then, that you just said OoT is regarded as one of the best games ever and is just and upgraded graphical version of another Zelda game. See how important graphics are? Every problem that rises in a 3D world in OoT becomes irrelevant because "muh graphics" back then. Now it's not impressive, but it was back then

the point remains that framerate and 4k are, and will always be, irrelevant.
framerate needs to be consistent, but it doesn't matter in any way whatsoever the exact amount, and investing too much into it leads to a waste of resources and games that look bad AND need expensive devices to run on for no good reason at all

30 is a fricking slideshow when you've seen the truth. And anything under 1440 is blurry. Post your specs so we can all laugh at how poor you are.

May as well save 1500 shekels if that's your target.

i want it to be a long term investment and to not have to worry about not being able to run starfield and tes6
framerate and resolution "autism" has little to do with graphics homosexualry, you can have a game a simple graphically as minecraft and it still looks and plays significantly better at 1440p 144hz
imagine if hyrule warriors wasn't forced to hit single digit fps every time you use Teba or Revali
I swear new Switch releases have taken a dip in visual quality lately. This, Bayo, NMH3 all look like shit even by bingtablet standards. Hardware just isn't good enough
>homosexuals complaining about the graphics of a new nintendo game
Did I just teleport back to 1997 or something? They will continue to make generational games with graphics that focus on style over life-like fidelity and there is nothing graphicsgays can do about it.
Holy based.
Imagine being so primitive your game has to look like muh real life in order to look good in your eyes. Imagine not having the mental capacity to appreciate a different artstyle. Just imagine.
i expect it to look better than mario odyssey a game that is going to be close to 5 years old when this kirby releases. developers are supposed to get better at the hardware they're working on which is why conker's bad fur day looked better than mario 64
looks better to me
This. Mario Odyssey is fricking garbo. Worst 3D Mario since Sunshine.
filtered
Nah. You just have shit taste.
Hell no. Sunshine is actual INSUFFERABLE trash. Odyssey's hat gimmick was actually kind of fun and possessing shit is a cool idea.
Half-based since Sunshine sucks too
Looks same to me. Very original idea. Must have taken ages to come up with that

Where do you work at?
I worked in Connecticut at the time.
Mario Odyssey is a polished game.
kys
you first
Ladies first.
With 3d controls I hope they make overworld enemies harder not the die in 1-2 hits
looks way nicer, wayta?
>another 3d Nintendo game with barren open environments with nothing but a few enemies here and there.kg
Yay.
>game takes place in a city filled with giant buildings
>barren open environments
I see buildings in the background but that area is barren as frick.
Wow it's almost like that's just an early-game path to the game's main hub
>implying
Everything on Switch looks like fricking plastic
second one is clearly intentional, I'll give you that the other 2 are probably the result of the switch being underpowered shit
In another timeline we have Nintendo games PC 4k
anon.. framerate and resolution autism has already ruined two generations of gaming, and is ruining another as we speak
Bullshit the minimum requirements is 4k 60 or 30fps at least a lot of 1st party games from Nintendo barely can run on 60fps

anon, koei tecmo is 100% capable of making any game run like shit on the most powerful nasa supercomputer
>its 4k
>still looks like plastic, BUT HIGH RES
That’s been the Nintendo style since early Gamecube era. Plastic shiny round corners safe.
What else did you expect from a system that's weaker than a PS4?
you forget its a handheld console. for a handheld, it looks pretty good.
>Ywn get an amazing mirror remake with 3d iirby kino
Frick
So this is the power of the switch...
Only moronic people compare these games.
Kirby has always been low-effort babbyshit.
and i like it
It looks so empty.
PC autism needs to be a bannable offense.
Is this made by the normal kirby guys?
what do you think?
I swear new Switch releases have taken a dip in visual quality lately. This, Bayo, NMH3 all look like shit even by bingtablet standards. Hardware just isn't good enough
The boss battle looked pretty good. And besides, it's the very first level. It's gonna be pretty basic.
Looks about the same
It's probably even using the same engine
It looks like a decent game so far, I mean it's only a grass level. Grass levels in Nintendo games tend to underperform graphical expectations.

Funny. I never thought that. Mabey your eyes are 50/50
It just has a different artstyle.
It always look like shit, it's Kirby
Why are you complaining about graphics in a Kirby game? Do you really expect it to be something like RDR2, it has a cartoony style.
i expect it to look better than mario odyssey a game that is going to be close to 5 years old when this kirby releases. developers are supposed to get better at the hardware they're working on which is why conker's bad fur day looked better than mario 64
This looks so bad.
It's a videogame designed and marketed towards 10 year olds, it doesn't need to look good
