Legitimately Leon. >Half the fans hate him, half love him. >His plot is nothing more than mary sue shit, trained by every government agency imaginable to back flip over lasers and somehow was part of a military black op >Krauser was introduced and died in the same game to try and give Leon a backstory >His only candle to hold in the plot is his yellow fever dom that actually has more to do with the plot than he does.
It would be a good idea to have either; >Ada kill Leon >Someone else kill Leon after holding him at gunpoint and making her do something. She then goes on a crusade to take down whatever organisation does it.
The second one also gives the series another strong independant woman protage that don't need no floppy haired homosexual.
Re4 should have been a new franchise/IP.
They scrapped it enough times, could have been just as well loved.
The only thing Re4 has to tie it to the series is; >Called resident evil >Mentioned raccoon city and umbrella in the opening cutscene >Has Leon >Has Ada >Has Wesker
That's it.
Just change their names and alter the cutscene and there you go, new IP.
>Resident Evil is a series about bio-terrorism
IS
not WAS
it IS because it now has so many organisations and borderline supernatural bioorganisms and progenitors for super mutants that it might aswell be an Xmen tie-in.
RE4 fricked all that up, when 4 released it was literally just Umbrella. Just the Progenitor virus varients and RE4 killed that off in the opening cutscene.
That was such a moronic thing to do that the next fricking game retconned it.

>when 4 released it was literally just Umbrella
Lol no? RE2 had Ada working with another company and William was in the process of ditching Umbrella for another company before being killed, WHY DO YOU THINK THE EVENTS OF RE2 HAPPENED, and CV had Wesker creating his own company with the research he stole from Umbrella. There were at least 3 different companies other than Umbrella working with Bio-Terrorism.

LOL YES?!?!?!?!
homosexual.
We didn't know about any of those "mysterious companies" or see anything about them or their projects at that point.
So there was no indication at all that they were bio-terror organisations like you said
So, LOL YES?!?!!?

Are you moronic?

What in the cyclical orbit of the planes of Hell are you talking about?
Literally EVERY GAME in the franchise up to RE4 introduced a different virus.
Literally THE FIRST game in the franchise established Umbrella had competitors in the BOW black market game.
Each of the first four main games had a major plot point about Umbrella personae vying for position internally and defecting to one of their competitors.
The only thing true in your post is that the were all progenitor derivatives which isn't even exclusive because of the T-Nemesis Parasites.

That's enough to know you're an absolute moron. If you were concerned about synchronicity you'd hate those viruses too.
Unless you want to explain why the same virus subjected to mutations makes sense that one would make dead people get up and bite you, while another lets a literal fetus grow into a 18 foot tall clay doll, another makes a man goddamn immortal with neo powers, and another lets you Akira Fire out and psychically control giant ants.
>It would be a good idea to have Ada kill Leon
While I think your entire post is generally a bunch of really seething I actually agree with this. RE6 pissed me off to the stratosphere that Capcom actually seemed to have the sense to use the most notable onscreen villain they had left in the franchise, finally pealing back on the mystery surrounding her and her organization after the game that killed the other ones.
it was so moronic to even put leon in re4. shouldve been a new character

Chris >Too important to die
Leon >Too popular to die
Claire >Can be used for sided games and since he's related to Chris, has a good good of her story being tied to the overall story
Rebecca >No one would care
Barry >EVERYONE would care
Jill is the best choice to die since she's hardly important anymore, no where as popular as Leon, and her death could be used to fuel Chris' rage.
frick off and never touch Resident Evil again, stupid zoomers
Don't be shocked if Jill is biologically immortal, lets see she was infected by Nemesis' strain of the T-virus, got an experimental vaccine that suppressed the virus but kept it alive in her system, she was exposed to the T-abyss virus seconds after injecting herself with an experimental T-abyss vaccine, then she was used in Wesker's experiments using a byproduct of Uroboros, P30, to enhance her powers and brainwash her. Last we heard of her was that she was under strict observation and undergoing various tests by the BSAA. She's going to return with Sherry Birkin-like powers in the future guaranteed.

Capcom fricked up hard making RE have everything happen in real-time. It's actually even stranger in Capcom's case since they're Japs and they're supposed to be obsessed with youth, which is why so much anime is set in high school/high school aged characters. They should just reboot after RE9 and switch to a floating timeline.

floating timeline introduces even more problems. all they needed to do was not keep jumping the timeline forward to match the year the games were released in, there was no reason to do it.

Why would it make more problems? Just set it in "modern day" and avoid using any real years, then you can use whichever character you want indefinitely.

because the style and technology of the setting is inevitably going to be a product of its time, so why pretend it's not? they can already use characters indefinitely if they want to, it's not like they're actual actors who age, and does RE really benefit or change at all from being in the current year vs staying in the late 90s? it just seems like a solution in search of a problem

Capcom can only create sexless universes that's why no one ever gets married, has kids, a relationship or even a general love interest in RE, SF, DMC etc etc etc, except on the rare occasion.
1. the original version had her brushing him off at least 2-3 time because she was feverishly searching for chris. people -- even long-time fans -- seem to forget about this
2. she falls in love with a whiny seventeen year old named steve burnside in the very next installment of her story
3. i didn't think capcom could make things worse, but their netflix show had them split up on really bad terms. >but it's just a show
and it's canon and also the most-recent development in their timeline
>2. she falls in love with a whiny seventeen year old named steve burnside in the very next installment of her story
She never loved them, it was pity.
>she loved him
Wrong, Steve was an awkward teen and more of all, a leaf, so she pitied him >and has been through more with him than she will ever with leon
Lol I don't care. I don't like people trying to link those two together either when they barely interact with each other.
The closest Claire has come to having a real connection with someone is the guy from Rev2, and he betrayed her.
Not the live action show, the CG movie that was split into 4 parts just to make it a show. The official canon for RE runs really fricking dip. There's a canon Musical.
The night they met each other they had the worst night of their lives. The had to sneak through the dark hallways of a building that stunk of death and rot where almost every person they met were insane, bleeding out of every hole in their bodies and highly contagious. They had to fire on sick people while trying to stay out of the way of the wet mush that blew out of the infected when hit. They walked through sewage to escape with their lives. I don't think they look at each other and think of getting off OP.
Because they only spend like an hour tops in eachothers company in RE2. They barely know eachother.
Didn't stop Leon and Ada apparently
Ada only kissed Leon because she was pulling his strings.
No, it was true love!
They should remake Veronica and replace Steve with Leon
no way gay
Writers are extreme homosexuals. They are made for each other.
Leon is for Chris. He is not str8 trash
anon this is GAY
Yes and? You are gonna seethe str8 trash?
I thought you only posted in WRPG threads.
theres only 1 canon couple in RE
>re2 looks like THAT?
kek they turned claire into the last of us and made leon a heroin boi
>why don't they ju-
oh my god look at that soft tummy. imagine fricking her missionary style and you see it jiggle with each pump.
Should any of main RE characters die? And why its Jill

Resident Evil is a series about bio-terrorism, so RE4 fits the bill. Umbrella wasn't the only company working making monsters.

Fack you.
Jill is more popular than Leon by a long shot.
Go stroke your pindick to the cuckmeister again and try to convince yourself otherwise
>Jill is more popular than Leon by a long shot
Delusional
>and her death could be used to fuel Chris' rage
Better use Claire for that. To made him completely suicidal and miserable
Capcom lacks balls to do something like that. Instead they turned their main character into immortal superheroes that will survive anything.
Anyway I believe Jill should have died in 5. It would have been great if Chris was chasing false hope only to be trolled by Wesker.
>1974
Jill is 48. Its over for OG cast

okay but Chris is alarmingly high, why is there so much Chris Redfield porn?????

you have rule34 and rule34paheal, guess wich version is the incomplete one.

i don't like netflix either, but they always release canon CGI movies once in awhile

Absolutely not.
Not the live action show, the CG movie that was split into 4 parts just to make it a show. The official canon for RE runs really fricking dip. There's a canon Musical.

Claire is canonically a lesbian and in a sexual relationship with Sherry
t. Chris Redfield
Leon is built for tight asian pussy
