if someone could just darken the fisher price lightning on the remaster it would look fine. I'm sure everything will be ported to the decomp eventually.

A feminine link changes the vibe of the whole game. If the "modernized" version was originally used the game wouldn't feel the same and wouldn't be what it became.

What's "fricking it up" about intentionally staying faithful to the original down to replicating bugs (at least ones that aren't game breaking/cause crashes.)

One thing that drives me up the wall in OoT3D are those floaty and generally amateurish character animations. Link's movements seriously lack weight and momentum they nailed in the N64 original.
which is funny because the pc porters are dealing with that now in relation to the framerate, 60fps killed the animation momentum because they worked around the extreme tech limitations on the n64.
