i hardly remember much from this show besides the theme song and how it has infected people into think Sonic is le about le going le fast
>self insert side character chris
>sonic turns gold shadow turns silver in super
>there's a dark super sonic that is brief and never mentioned again
>sonic wasn't about going fast until Sonic X
this has gotta be the craziest historical revisionism I have ever fricking seen
it's not about going fast, it's about knowledge of the map abbeting speed, there is a yuge difference, gay
>Dark Super Sonic is shown in tgt
>And literally nothing else
Based lazerbot.
This show was insanely popular when it aired what are you talking about
i remember everyone wanting to frick that plant
it was popular
It was pretty popular back then but these days there's not much reason to care about it. Yes it was shit.
It was pretty bad, but it was really popular in the 2000s. In fact I'd say it was probably the second most popular TV show based off of a video game in the 2000s after Pokemon.
It was reasonably popular, but lacked enough resonant elements to be better remembered.
-A lot of Classic/comic fans weren't interested in Sonic on an Earth setting.
-Adventure fans resented Chris taking up roles in story adaptations that belonged to canon characters.
-Japanese fans were only modestly into it given that Sonic was never as strong over there as it was in the West
-Even general fans were put off by the typical 4Kids localization that generally made the characters worse.
Season 3 with the Metarex & Cosmo redeemed it somewhat, but it's still a show that was just too hindered by various circumstances to leave a stronger legacy.
>talking sonic
>human characters
Down the toilet it goes
