Please please please have an inkling of what it is you're even complaining about. The Genesis one is the only overpriced controller of the two, and that's probably because Sega gets a cut. An N64 controller was ~$30 in the 90s, which through inflation is ~$50 today. And the modern one has Bluetooth and a rechargeable battery.

Yeah, they work just fine as generic controllers. I have mine mapped into FCEU and SNES9x and they work a peach, little latency that I can detect. I see no reason the N64 and Genesis controllers wouldn't be the same way.

They come with USB cables for charging which work fine as a PC connection.
