2060 here and the only area where I get any drops is the starting Limgrave and they improved it by a lot. no idea why it's only this location and not some other area.
it's shader cache issues again, comes down to unreal engine 4 issues.
as for elden shit, that was DX12 shader cache loading issues as well. When they're done loading, it doesn't have as much stuttering issues, but if you've played the game long enough, the stuttering isn't AS noticeable.

I'm enjoying it so far. It has rudimentary puzzle solving and enemies to avoid that will kill you if you aren't careful. The contextual jumps are smooth and instant and can happen from multiple angles. Jumps aren't limited to one fixed point unless it's a small platform.
