What IPs do you want from Playstation? All the cool franchises are in grave. All you would get is something like nu-Kratos or Aloy. 2 realistic humans. Maybe Ratchet, but even that got rebooted to be more kiddy friendly and lost all the personality of the series.
Things that would be cool are just ded. Jumping Flash, Ape Escape, Wild Arms, Gravity Rush, Jak&Daxter, old Ratchet&Clank... Crash and Spyro are owned by Activision because 3D platformers aren't the "trend" now. If it doesn't please mainstream audience, it is trash in the head of Jim Ryan.

There is no PS first party game on a Nintendo console. Closest thing you'll get is something like Cloud or Sephiroth or Snake. Unless Sony decides to port or stream some of their games to Switch(I dunno, maybe God of War or GR collection to Switch or something?) they won't be allowed to put their characters in. Minecraft was on Nintendo consoles even before MS bought them, Banjo was an N64 character originally, Doom's Switch port happened before(and after) MS bought them etc. Unless Sony buys a high-mid profile third party studio, it won't happen.
