I don't play gta but in cyberpunk I found kb+m driving tolerable once you lower the driving sensitivity a bit. Even if I wanted to drive with a controller I'd rather keep one plugged in and play with kb+m until I get in a car. Aiming with a controller is worse than driving with a keyboard.
