Is this your first time playing an XCOM game? Also do you understand how Long War mechanics work? Infiltration is especially insidious, if you don't get how it works then obviously you will get wiped sooner or later.
All i can say is that you should never ever try to go on a mission with infitration below 100% unless you are about to lose the campaign, to make the mission easier try to reach 125% or 150%.

Nothing more satisfying than kidnapping altar boys with my loknarr only squad.
But then again I'm a RP gay and like to imagine mini-stories alongside my gameplay. (The loknarrs forcefully free the altar boys of their virginity on the way back to base).
Also FRICK ZOMBIE MISSIONS with tier3 and higher zombies.
The x-piratez zombie has so much hp that on average if you hit it with blaster bomb it won't die, but no their hp totally isn't bloated or anything because the dev assumes you only fight them with shotguns at point blank range. Fricking moronic.
Don't care so much for the hp pools rather than the styxes and funky/chrysalids that you can encounter on those early missions when you don't have gas masks or other protective gear.
Also frick singer zombies and their cheesey setting-you-on fire-through walls bullshit.
